Agree with other reviews. Terrible hotel.
Avoid at all costs - staff unfriendly, management non existent, and rooms terrible.
Much better choices out there!

We have been going to The Carlton Hotel, Sandown for two weeks in June for the past 2 years. We cannot fault this hotel. The staff are friendly and polite and nothing is too much trouble. Our room is always clean and tidy and serviced daily. The meals are very good with a... more

Had to leave hotel! Our room and bed were infested with bed bugs.
Awful treatment from hotel owner. Not even a letter of apology.
Would never, ever recommend this hotel in a million years.
Room shabby. Food awful. Dirty bed covers.
