Iris Apartments (Majorca)

Went on hoilday with son & family. We found Apartment very clean, good supply if towels, toilet tissue.in shower/toilets.kitchen very clean, with washing up liquid, tea towles etc.Lovely outside fully equiped patio set, use of BQ. Swimming area Very clean and safe,Children very welcome and happy.

Me and my family stayed at the Iris Apartments from 16th-21st April 2011. The apartment we stayed in was lovely and spacious. There were two bathrooms (each with a toilet, sink and shower), two large bedrooms and a good sized dining/kitchen area.
The apartment was extremely tidy and clean when we arrived, and there were plenty of useful amenities available: fridge, toaster, safe, LCD TV (on-the-wall) and an air-conditioning/heating unit, amongst others.
There isn't a reception area, however the owner comes around each morning usually between 10-11am. He is very helpful and will go out of his way to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have.
The swimming pool area is lovely, and certainly has a 'family-feel' to it.
I would definitely recommend the Iris Apartments in Sa Coma (Majorca) to young and old couples, and families with children.

we have just returned from the iris apartments in sa coma again this was are 4th time and it just gets better and better these apartment are more like small villas everything you could need is there and if you really need anything you only have to ask they couldn,t be more helpful, don,t be put off when they say there is no reception the man that owns them comes round every morning asks if everything is ok. it quite at night so you can sleep not like in a hotel where you here people all night coming and going ,the beach is close by pubs are all kid friendly lovely places to eat the kings head is the best for food bingo etc good acts on very friendly we will be back next year

The apartments are fantastic there are 2 spacious bedrooms 1 which sleeps 3, 2 bathrooms and a well equipt kitchen.There was even a auto washing machine that everybody can use at a charge of euro's.
we met some fantastic people it is VERY family friendly the pool is lovely and my youngest son ended up at the end of the holiday taking off his arm bands. Sa coma it self is a lovely place the beach, shops, and all the resturaunts and bars are all only 10 minutes walk away. We went too the kings head royal oak (fantastic) and we found a lovely steak house that B B Q your food (lovely). Iris Apartments is so central it was !0 mins walk from Sillot and 15-20 walk from cala millor.
There was only 1 bad thing bout the apartments was it had marbel stairs and where Very slippy if you have wet feet.

I have just returned from a holiday to celebrate my 40th Birthday with a group of 9 family and friends, 5 of whom stayed at the Iris Apartments-myself, my best friend my 18 year old daughter and my 13 year old daughter and her 13 year old best friend and I would have to recommend these apartments - they were outstanding!! It was just as well equipped as most homes - a little 2 bedroom, 2 shower room house with absolutely everything you need for a self catering holiday including the use of BBQ's !! It was well kept,tastefully decorated and imacculately clean on arrival, although the cleaners only come once a week there is a guy who comes round every day and sorts out any requests or problems-he even arranged for Champagne and glasses for my arrival as requested by my best friend!! Sa Coma itself is a lovely family resort with a spectacular beach. Favourite places we found along the way included The Kings Head-a British bar with Karaoke,live tribute bands and music til 3am-the entertainer Jack Sparrow & Head Waiter Neil helped to make sure we enjoyed some great nights there - thanks to both of them from Nikz Chikz!! We also had a couple of really good nights at Kenna's-an irish bar/restaurant with really good food at really good prices & excellent service too!! We would advise avoiding the Crazy Monkey Cocktail Bar-we heard a rather unpleasant story from a couple of girls working for them...but all in all we had a fantastic holiday and I cant wait to go back next year!!

theses apartment are great they are very well presented , i could not believe how lovely they were , plenty of sun beds 9 apartments on the complex ,very quite close to all pubs shops supermarket just round the corner , staff was very helpfull pool man came every day maids couldn,t do enough to help you altogether it was great and we are going back can,t wait ...

Excellent value for money apartments, basic accomodation but well equiped with a microwave and toaster. situated in a quiet area but within easy walking distance on all the shops,bars and beach. this suited us because we like to do our own thing whereas if you like a bustling complex with bars and entertainment this is not for you. The med hotel rep was very helpful advising us on buses and restaurants etc but we had a meal at the Bi-Ba-Bo whose card had been left in the apartment and was very disappointed with service and food quality, however the antic restaurant next door was very good and we had some excellent meals there. the caves of drach is a worthwhile trip and only a short bus ride away but we were advised to steer clear of the safari park as the animals were in a poor state. we would definately return to the iris apartments again and sa coma which we preferred to calla millor.

FANTASTIC HOLIDAY!!!! Had a brilliant two weeks. Appartments were excellent - clean, spacious and well maintained. The grounds were clean and the water quality of the pool was superb. The staff were friendly and approachable.
The resort was perfect for our family with a 13 yr old, 11 yr old and a 9 yr old, plenty of places to eat and night time entertainment.
The Royal Oak was our favourite eating place, fab engish food at brilliant prices. Our Daughter had her birthday while we were there and the staff made it special for her and provided us with a special birthday cake. The Bier Gardens were also good for evening entertainment.

Great apartments, clean roomy and friendly staff. clean pool and grounds, plenty of sunbeds.
Ideal location central to all facilites and within walkin distance. Quiet area of Sa coma. Iris staff cannot do enough for you and the apartments are suitable for families and couple who want a relaxing holiday. Sa coma beach is very clean and safe, Sillot is close by and there is a road train that goes around the both resorts or you can walk along the promanarde. would go back and plan to.

Great place.
The appartments are very clean and modern.
Ideal for familys and couples.
The staff were very helpful and even though they were not always on site they were easy to contact if and when needed.
I will be going back again very soon and wish to give this place a great recomendation.
