Good clean establishment, very friendly staff and the buffet food was excellent. We visited at the end of May and I guess the hotel was less than full but we had no problems with either finding a table or sun beds. Food was varied, plentifull and well presented. One problem... more

Just returned from this holiday and didn't want to come back. Although we were the youngest there (40's)it was total chill. The hotel is lavish and the food is out of this world. We even had champagne each morning with our 3 course breakfast. The toasters were slow and two... more

Four star joy!!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks in July. Having read the previous review cannot really add anything further. The hotel was excellent in all ways - location, service, amenities. We had a brilliant holiday. I normally am hesitant in recommending an hotel but in this instance would do so without hestiation. Will we return - definitely!
Superb Hotel
The Hotel is a superb place to stay for those seeking a quiet & relaxing holiday. The Room (suite) was very clean, spacious and well furnished. The Food was excellent and the staff very attentive to clearing your table after each course. The reception staff were courteous and helpful. The Hotel is well designed and the sheer spaciousness of the Lobby area is very pleasing on the eye. The Lobby Bar was an ideal place to have an evening drink, at very reasonable prices for a four star hotel. I couldn't fault the waiters. The Swimming Pools (Salt and Chlorine) and the Jacuzzi provide somewhere to cool off when the heat gets too much. The Pool Bar provided good quality food, again at reasonable prices. The Anamacion Staff provided some good activities throughout the day for those who prefer not to sunbathe all day. It's a good thirty minute walk in to Playa Blanca and a 5 minute (3 Euro) Taxi ride back to the Hotel. I was there for two weeks in July 2006 and would recommend this Hotel without hesitation.
Fantastic, brilliant hotel !!!
We went for a short break to Natura Palace having stayed there twice before. It did not disappoint. We returned because we have always found the hotel to be discreet and quiet, but not "boring". The animation team are there to be used and you can do as much or as little as you please. The pool is wonderful with lots of sunbeds. People do put towels out, but as the beds are on wheels, we simply moved them to where we wanted to sit. Unlike some reviews, we didn't find the bar staff slow, in fact the one waiter recognised us and really waited on us hand and foot. The food is amazing, so much, beautifully displayed and very hot. They also put on speciality nights such as Chinese and Italian. We have had a lovely break and will be returning with our family in July. You may want to hire a taxi (3 Euro) to get into town as it's a mile and a half walk, but it's also a leisurley stroll on the promenade. We really recommend this wonderful hotel.
Great hotel
Just returned from 7 days in the natura (may 06). Thought the hotel was fantastic and would highly recommend. The staff were extremely helpful (love kids) and the food excellent. We were there i guess at the start of the season and had none of the fighting for sunbed hassles, any time of the day was fine. Very quiet and relaxing. The pools are nice and the kids club great. We were lucky enough to have a sea vew room looking across to Fuertaventura. The only criticism i suppose would be that the hotel is about 20 mins walk(down a lovely promenade) from Playa Blanca centre so i guess it may be too quiet for some. Hotel entertainment is about what youd expect if you choose to stay in at nights. There is a small supermarket across the road and thats about it. We personally liked lazing around and recharging our batteries with the only excursion being to Timanfaya national park to see the volcanoes which was great. A 25 min ferry to Fuerta runs from playa blanca for about 20 euros i think. This hotel would be perfect for families with small children or a couple looking for a lazy holiday. Car hire from the hotel if you want it and taxis stupidly cheap (3 euros to playa blanca) Would i return? - absolutely!
Excellent hotel
My wife and I stayed at this hotel in February 2006.This is a top-class four star hotel.Surroundings are spacious and clean, food excellent and service good. It is a long walk from the centre of Playa Blanca, but fine if you enjoy walks along the sea front, and in any case the hotel itself has most things available. We have been to the Canaries several times and this is probably the best hotel we have stayed in
poor service in restaurant
stayed for a week. that was enough. be pepared to wait for the overworked waiters to clear a table not only at evening sitting but breakfast as well. restaurant sometimes like a scene from FAULTY TOWERS. have stayed in far better platinum hotels. evening entertainment best show the DRIFTERS TRIBUTE BAND. worst show BRAZIL. could be a realy good hotel with a bit of effort to improve the overall service
Great to Chill out
We stayed at the Natura Palcae in February for a week and it was wonderful. The view from the room was lovely, everything was very clean and comfortable. Service was very good, although we had read on this site that the bar service was slow we did not find it so. Entertainment in the evening was fairly iffy but what you expect in a Spanish hotel but if all you want to do is relax and recharge your batteries this is the place. There is a super walk into Playa Blanca along the sea front promonade and also to the new Marina Rubicon. Not much else to do but just chill out. Didn't want to come home!!
great place to stay
we stayed at the natura palace in january 2006 and the room was beautiful with a lovely view over the pool. unfortunately the weather wasnt that great but we still had a great time. tips: take a kettle and tea/coffee with you as there are no facilities in the rooms. there is no smoking ANYWHERE in the hotel, which was great for us but will not suit everyone. one thing you will not get a taxi ANYWHERE on a thursday as they are all at the airport!
lovely hotel
Natura Palace Hotel is a lovely building in a fantastic setting Staff all really helpful and happy, food very good and extras (bar, barside pool, snacks etc) all very reasonable and no more expensive than in the cafes in Playa Blanca A good, restful, holiday hotel
2nd visit to Narura Palace
We have just returned from out second visit to the Natura Palace Hotel in Playa Blanca and yet again we were fortunate enough to be allocated a room which had an outlook towards Playa Blanca port (room 1256). The room caught the early morning sun which lasted through until 1-2 pm - and we could enjoy the sunshine on our balcony before taking a stroll along the seafront walkway into the port area (approx 1.5 miles away)If you don't fancy the walk - a taxi will cost you about 3-4 euro's.There are 'watering holes' along the way so you can take your time with the stroll. One 'establishment' worth a mention in the 'Irish Anvil' near to the port itself - it serves a mean tuna mayo sandwich as well as the normal drinks. The staff are very efficient and very friendly. There are a couple of ferries 'Armas' and 'Fred Olsen' that operate a service from the port across to Fuertaventura and a return ticket for 'walk on' passengers is about 26 euro. We took the trip but only ventured around the port area of Correlejo? which wasn't too picturesque (but if you venture further afield 'who knows')Now back to the hotel - as mentioned this was our second trip to the hotel so that's a good sign in itself, however the service in two of the bar areas (one near the pool for during the day - and the piano bar- at night) left a lot to be desired - I think I must have been waring a shirt with the logo 'I am invisible - please ignore me' - that said, the hotel is very pleasant and if you are looking for a relaxed atmosphere in a quiet location this could be the hotel for you. The food was generally very good - the view GREAT - the location GREAT for us - but it won't suit 'night owls' - if only they could improve the 'service'( we might have been unlucky - or INVISIBLE) - it would have been even better. That said, we would probably risk it again - so it can't have been that bad! Oh! by the way - The Irish Anvil has Sky Sports.
