Thomson flight -terrible, cramped (Row 33) Bite the bullet and pay the extra for "premium" seats. Cabin crew outbound grumpy and unhelpful and only seemed interested in selling stuff. I stood for 20 minutes by loos stretching and rubbing my legs nobody asked if I was ok!... more

Clean, quiet, comfortable, good food, plenty of space, average entertainment.
Thomson reps were a let-down (as usual)!
Decent tea-pots that don't spill the contents everywhere would be nice, as would labelling of some of the puddings.
A great hotel. Sparkle up the entertainment a bit and maybe it will be 10 out of 10 next time!
