Good clean establishment, very friendly staff and the buffet food was excellent. We visited at the end of May and I guess the hotel was less than full but we had no problems with either finding a table or sun beds. Food was varied, plentifull and well presented. One problem we encounted was ants, minute Phareo ants tho' the hotel does much to elliminate them. There's no provisionn for tea or coffee in the rooms so take a kettle with you or rent one from the mini-market opposite the hotel entrance.

we arrived at 9.15pm the staff on reception booked us in quickly so that we could get our evening meal as they finished serving at 9.15pm. the room was perfect i'd requested a room with a sea and pool view and was more than satisfied. The food was second to none the dinning room was imaculate the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us we will be going back next year for two weeks.brilliant hotel. the beach is a 20 minute walk but well worth the walk.

i went to this hotel for 2 weeks. its location is in a nice area and about 10 mins away from the shops. food however was really nice quality. rooms were tidy and reseaonable. the only downer to my holiday was that the hotel is full of OAP and not enough yound couples or familys there. i would reccmend going to this hotel if you are a OAP however any younger i wouldnt recommend it. but thats just my opinion.

  • Advice: full of OAP

COOL PLACE TO CHILL

Just returned from this holiday and didn't want to come back. Although we were the youngest there (40's)it was total chill. The hotel is lavish and the food is out of this world. We even had champagne each morning with our 3 course breakfast. The toasters were slow and two more are needed, but staff are wonderful. The hotel and pools were spot on, the best hotel pool i've swam in. The rooms are spacious and although you only get one pillow it's note really a groan. There is no tea making facilities and room service charge 3euros to bring a pot of tea. The room had a lovely view over to the sea and beyond to Feuteventura. There is plenty of slow walks eithere way from the hotel and a nice promenade walk into playa blanca. But if you want to travel to best beach a taxi will cost you 3 euros. We found a newly opened fantastic chip shop-right by the dorada beach. Next to Mollies Bar called The plaice in the Sun, up the side by the cycle hire shop. Fish chips n mushy peas with a pint of san miguel sitting in the sun watching people on the beach and in the sea- in november!pop in and say hello to Jeff from up north! the hotel entertainment not great but nightlife in irish bars by playa blanca beachfront a must!. A trip to the market wednesday and saturday is good. But not all stalls there both days. We will be returning again for the winter next year - if not credit crunched!

  • Advice: TOTALLY RELAXING,CHILLING PLACE WITH PLACES OF INTEREST IF YOU WANT THEM.
  • Activities: THE PLAICE IN THE SUN. NEWLY OPENED CHIP SHOP FOR A ONE-OFF BRIT MEAL

Nice hotel but lacks atmosphere!

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Natura Palace. The hotel itself if spacious but certainly lacks atmosphere. I wouldnt recommend this as a family hotel at all, not really anything for the kids to do and nobody seems to be around to get the kids together and get them involved in any activities that are supposedly advertised! Entertainment is again lifeless, after the advertised show of the evening which is always in the bar inside the hotel, you might as well go to bed as there is nothing else on. I wouldn;t stay there again purely for the fact that the staff dont seem to make an effort with the guests and the hotel is simply soul less!

Amazing Holiday!

We araived at the hotel about mid day. Getting off the coach the hotel looked stunning, all glass. walking through he reseption we were amazed, mable floor BIG open reseption a seating area with a bar and piano. As everyone knows first ipressions are important, we were blown away. We wern't use to going on holiday to a place such as good as this.
The room - a decent size bathroom with a shower and bath, big mirror and toilet. The room was very clean, A double bed and a sofa bed both comfy. Now onto the balcony ... AMAZING VIEW! We have never had such good view as thi before. The pool, the sea and you could the Furtoventura. It truely was incredible. Going down for breakfast and evening meal was lovely, you wait and a waiter come and takes you to your table. At each breakfats and evening meal we never had the samething and there was so much choice. I never had on single complain about the meal at all, espically the deserts were gorgeous.
The pool was small but lovely. However, they had two pools and a jacuzzi so you can't really conplain. The beach was a 10minute walk away along the sea front but you could get a taxi into the town were there was a better lovely white sand beach.
This holiday is more a relazing holiday than a mad clubbing type.
No problems at all it was truely brilliant!!!

The Natura Palace is all a good holiday hotel should be. It was spotless, spacious, good views of Forteventura, pleasant staff. The food was good ,asmuch as you can eat,and loads of choice. The entertainment was just OK,the animation staff worked hard.
This hotel is not for teenagers or young adults, they should go to Costa Teguise. For the over 40`s its great, but the mattresses and pillows need a refit

  • Advice: Would go again IF they upgrade the beds

Wonderful Holiday

The weather was very warm with a breeze to soften the temperature, it was very safe to walk about, the hotel was extremely clean, staff very helpful, the food was wonderful lots of choices. The one trip I chose to go on was the Grand Tour which showed me the rest of the island and the glorious volcanoes, not forgetting the swaying camel ride! Lots of friendly people to chat to along the way outside or in the hotel. For me on my own it was a wonderful holiday and I am pleased that what I asked the travel agent for for was what I got. I would go back again but hope they have updated the mattresses and pillows!!

Relaxed break

Great holiday. Hotel and staff high standard.
Food excellent really enjoyed the choice.
Level walk outside of hotel next to the sea ideal for leisure stroll.
Would recommend to friends.
Submarine dive a little disappointing seemed to be trying to cram as many dives as possible into a day and then very little time in the resort about 20 minutes.
Only one thought for the hotel please cut down the top branches of the tree outside of room 2108 so a little more sea view is possible.
Staff professional and friendly.
High level of cleanliness.

Relaxing

The overall holiday was lovely and relaxing. The rooms were clean and every morning the cleaners made beds, changed towels etc. However, our double bed was absolutely uncomfortable with what felt like springs coming out of the matress. We had a sea facing room which was very nice as we could also listen to the ocean from our balcony.
The food was excellent and various dishes to choose from. The waiters were also very heplful.
We found the entertainment very poor indeed, especially bearing in mind the time of the year. For a 4 star hotel we definitely expected 4 star entertainment. After dinner, we felt there wasnt anything to do. We asked for a pack of cards and were given a pack in Spanish. The table tennis bats were in tatters, but we had a game or two.
Also the beach was quite a distance from the hotel and will make sure next time that the travel agents tells us quite clearly that the beach isnt right in front of the hotel which is what we would have preferred. We didnt mind the walk but had my elderly mother with us so it was quite a distance for her.
The architecture of the hotel was beautiful.
However, on the whole a very relaxing holiday, maybe too relaxing with nothing to do in the evenings after dinner.

Just got back from a wonderful...

Just got back from a wonderful holiday. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who just wants a complete rest. We love it so much we have been there three years in a row!! We met quite a few other families that we recognised from last year also.
Kids club is brilliant, pool area very clean, food is excellent, staff are extremely polite and helpful, happy and take pride in their jobs. We have a 6-year-old and she loves it there!
The only thing I would say is that it may not be to everybody's taste, as there are no nightclubs and no lagar louts!
There is a lovely walk to Playa Blanca - it is a good walk though and takes around 45minutes, but the walk is along a safe, traffic free walkway right next to the sea.
Natura Palace is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful area and any other hotel would have a lot to live up to in comparison.

just got back from lanzarote, nature palace hotel. what more can i say than it was fantastic. the staff were extreamly helpful even through the late hours of the night, the reps gave us all the information we needed and were also extreamly helpful. what can i say about the food, really good, alot of choice as well.
the second the coach came to drop us off at natura we thought we definatly chose the right hotel. this was our first time coming here. and from all the 4 star hotels in the area this one was for sure the best.
the reason i didnt give them 10/10 was because they could have better entertainment. but thats the only downside.
but overall i would say book this hotel! your not making any mistakes! try bringing the good weather back though! haha
