Natura Palace Hotel Reviews
" Amazing Holiday! "
Submitted By: chloem09270The room - a decent size bathroom with a shower and bath, big mirror and toilet. The room was very clean, A double bed and a sofa bed both comfy. Now onto the balcony ... AMAZING VIEW! We have never had such good view as thi before. The pool, the sea and you could the Furtoventura. It truely was incredible. Going down for breakfast and evening meal was lovely, you wait and a waiter come and takes you to your table. At each breakfats and evening meal we never had the samething and there was so much choice. I never had on single complain about the meal at all, espically the deserts were gorgeous.
The pool was small but lovely. However, they had two pools and a jacuzzi so you can't really conplain. The beach was a 10minute walk away along the sea front but you could get a taxi into the town were there was a better lovely white sand beach.
This holiday is more a relazing holiday than a mad clubbing type.
No problems at all it was truely brilliant!!!

Submitted By: michaeltullyThis hotel is not for teenagers or young adults, they should go to Costa Teguise. For the over 40`s its great, but the mattresses and pillows need a refit
Advice: Would go again IF they upgrade the beds
Activities: Timanfaya National Park
Good for: Beach

Submitted By: yellowday66Food excellent really enjoyed the choice.
Level walk outside of hotel next to the sea ideal for leisure stroll.
Would recommend to friends.
Submarine dive a little disappointing seemed to be trying to cram as many dives as possible into a day and then very little time in the resort about 20 minutes.
Only one thought for the hotel please cut down the top branches of the tree outside of room 2108 so a little more sea view is possible.
Staff professional and friendly.
High level of cleanliness.
Good for: Beach
" Relaxing "
Submitted By: judyhains@blueyonder.co.ukThe food was excellent and various dishes to choose from. The waiters were also very heplful.
We found the entertainment very poor indeed, especially bearing in mind the time of the year. For a 4 star hotel we definitely expected 4 star entertainment. After dinner, we felt there wasnt anything to do. We asked for a pack of cards and were given a pack in Spanish. The table tennis bats were in tatters, but we had a game or two.
Also the beach was quite a distance from the hotel and will make sure next time that the travel agents tells us quite clearly that the beach isnt right in front of the hotel which is what we would have preferred. We didnt mind the walk but had my elderly mother with us so it was quite a distance for her.
The architecture of the hotel was beautiful.
However, on the whole a very relaxing holiday, maybe too relaxing with nothing to do in the evenings after dinner.

Submitted By: Mr D DREWKids club is brilliant, pool area very clean, food is excellent, staff are extremely polite and helpful, happy and take pride in their jobs. We have a 6-year-old and she loves it there!
The only thing I would say is that it may not be to everybody's taste, as there are no nightclubs and no lagar louts!
There is a lovely walk to Playa Blanca - it is a good walk though and takes around 45minutes, but the walk is along a safe, traffic free walkway right next to the sea.
Natura Palace is a beautiful hotel in a peaceful area and any other hotel would have a lot to live up to in comparison.

Submitted By: Miss L Jonesthe second the coach came to drop us off at natura we thought we definatly chose the right hotel. this was our first time coming here. and from all the 4 star hotels in the area this one was for sure the best.
the reason i didnt give them 10/10 was because they could have better entertainment. but thats the only downside.
but overall i would say book this hotel! your not making any mistakes! try bringing the good weather back though! haha

Submitted By: Mr C Synnuckthe rooms are very well kept and spacious, food was very good and varied along with special themed nights throughout the stay.
we had our first visit here on our honeymoon and keep returning as lanazarote is such a lovely relaxing place!!
it is as said before a quiet hotel so you will be dissapointed if you expect a party atmosphere, but playa blanca town is a cheap taxi ride away!
would definately recommend

Submitted By: Mr C WheatleyThe food was good and varied and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a two for one deal through Thomson which made it really good value.
A word of warning : this is not the hotel and Playa Blanca is not the resort for you if you want wild nightlife. (not in February anyway), the entertainment was nothing special. However, if you want a quiet break in a good hotel then Natura Palace is highly recommended.
A seafront promenade runs past the hotel to the town centre which is about two miles away. The Marina with boutiques, cafes, shops and the Saturday market is another mile.
Like a previous comment, the Thomson flight was cramped to the extreme, buy the extra legroom seats in advance (very expensive to upgrade at the airport), but also complain to Thomson, if enough do maybe they'll increase the space for cattle class passengers.

Submitted By: Mr J LearoydThe hotel is very spacious and as a very relaxing feel to it, the rooms are a reasonable size and most of them overlook the sea from very nice balconies.
The food and service in the restaurant is very good and hardly any waiting to be shown to your table.
The pool area is excellent with two pools and plenty of sunbeds.
We will certainly be returning to this hotel again.

Submitted By: Mr S TurtonIf it’s a complete rest and wind down, this is the place to go. The hotel is magnificent, so much space.
Food although not a varied as a couple of years ago is fine. Always plenty of choice. I agree with a previous review that a few more staff would be helpful to speed clearing away used plates.
The piano/lounge bar is comfy and spacious, but service is slow. We preferred to use the bar just across the road.
Our room was on the 2nd floor with pool views. Nice large balcony and cleaned every day.
The pool area is good, with plenty of sun loungers and never gets busy.
Taxis into Playa Blanca are 3-4 Euros or if you prefer a good 30 mins walk.
Hotel is not really suited for teenagers, as there is not much for them to do.
Overall, excellent hotel.

Submitted By: Mr Rob DalyHotel - Lovely, spacious (lobby 5 stories high, and 165 metres wide) Staff - lovely, friendly helpful. Room - spacious, clean, comfortable. Ours overlooked pool - get room on second story or higher if you can, most overlook pool. Great views. Food - OK, varied and plentiful BUT often hot food was not hot only lukewarm.
Hot plates would help - only found to the right of "show cooking" (where you wait for whatever is being cooked, usually 4 choices). I often resorted to putting my food in microwave.

Submitted By: Mr PH QuenbyThomson reps were a let-down (as usual)!
Decent tea-pots that don't spill the contents everywhere would be nice, as would labelling of some of the puddings.
A great hotel. Sparkle up the entertainment a bit and maybe it will be 10 out of 10 next time!

Advice: Quiet resort, nice harbour but not really any nice beaches nearby unless you have a car
Activities: Take a trip to the volcanoes - amazing
