" Booked on an indirect recommendation... "

Booked on an indirect recommendation so we didn't know what to expect but the price was good. Its very close to the railway station (good but indirectly linked to the airport) and just on the edge of the resorts centre (so not too noisy at night). The hotel is old fashioned, the new spa pool being the only new feature, but it had a gentile aire about it. Our room (in the annexe) are furnished 'adequately' but the aircon worked well (both cold and quiet) and the powerful showers never seemed to run out of hot water. Breakfast was varied with a wide selection of food, good coffee and reasonable juice. This must be their selling points as we were given a breakfast menu at check-in.
Didn't get to use the pool but looked inviting.

Sitges itself was interesting but not much really to do than good to the crouded beack in the day and shop/eat at night. The street in the heart of the resort are very narrow so don't bring a car.

" The hotel is in a great location if... "

The hotel is in a great location if you want to be in the heart of town - ideal for bars and restaurants and the beaches are close by too.

The room was cleaned and made up every day with fresh towels. Breakfast is plentiful. The only slight drawback (but then it goes with the territory) was the noise - I ended up buying some earplugs as I am a light sleeper. Ask for a room to the rear of the hotel if you like peace and quiet.
We stayed in the pavilion part in the adjacent street - parking underneath. Staff friendly. Beds comfortable. Great shower in the bathroom. Although we didn’t use it the pool area was spotless and private.

We would definitely consider staying there again.
