Residence Rihab Hotel

This Hotel residence Rihab is only 2 star(should not be as 4 star rated as in many website). we arrived to hotel in 3rd week of July. we been told Airconditioning is not working and they dont know when it will be repaired. we spoke to a family where living there week and half before us said the same. it was not donw they just shut it down. there was no internet either. self catering facility were very poor. we had to survive with 2 cup and 2 glass infact we were 4 people. it was 20 minute walk from beach and with children it is difficult due to a hilly road. At night music where very laud till 2 oclock in the morning find it very difficult to sleep for a week and all the music was in Moroccan. first day tired their breakfast it was very poor for the price we have paid for oneday. their pool side snack was even worse then breakfast better go to a restaurant in the town.
over all it was not a good holiday due to a hotel what we expected or what we been told about hotel nothing was true.
all the travel operature should regrad this hotel to a 2 star minus.

This hotel is meant to be a 4 star and it's far from it. I would say it's more like a 2 star in the uk. We stayed b&b but didnt have breakfast in hotel as it was very poor. Each morning we got a taxi into the town and had lovely food from a place called the English pub. There were 2 bars in the hotel the one on the 4th floor was very expensive the one downstairs was a little cheaper but very moroccan,noisy and smokey. We met a few people in the hotel who weren't happy at all and had to move rooms up to 3 times because of cockroaches!!! We must have been very lucky because we didn't see any in our room. The holiday overall was very nice just a shame about the hotel. Hope this helps you!!
