My Husband and I stayed there for a couple of nights for our honeymoon and it was the worst service we ever got. Never again will we ever stay there. There was always nobody at the front desk to give us information, the breakfast was awful, the pool was dirty. The staff did not care about the customers at one point one of the staff was at the table by the pool rolling his cigarette.
We also did not get any service in our room the whole time we were there, we had to call to get fresh towels.
We have been to Greece before but this will be the last time we stay there.

Apart from helpful staff that is the end of the commendation. The food is not good and the wine ridiculously over priced. Despite paying for half board we ate out most of the time. The Hotel is miles away from anything. There are two tavernas nearby and that is all! No shops or anywhere to buy water. Hotel mini bus (seats 8 only) runs at 10 or 11 am and you are given 3 hours only before return. Most mornings the queue started at 6.30 to get seats, people were so desperate for a change of scenery. The Hotel is taken over by a holiday club called Richmond which caters for born again Christians. They have their prayer meetings and singing sessions every day, it is not a happy atmosphere and in the main, a more boring group of people would be hard to find. Whilst we were there nobody used the bar in the evening. We ended up on our own playing rummy cub. No usual holiday crowd to talk to or to share a laugh.We would love to have ben able to stroll out in the warm evening and watch the world go by. The Hotel had its own pebble beach but sunbeds are charged for. We hired a car and loved Samos. We will go back again but never to this Hotel.
Advice: Pythagorion is lovely. It would have been lovely to walk around there in an evening.
