To add to my wifes comments as previous a little about the Hotel itself.Although this Hotel was indeed in a very quite and still undeveloped area , the hotel was still very pleasant but still had some improvement to go.The hotel has apparently undergone a refurbishment recently, the rooms where pleasant but had no draws for storage only wardrobes although this was not a problem,we had a nice new bathroom with a very tiny bath(I'm 6ft 4) there was a shower curtain and a shower but no hook for the shower to hang on but still not abig problem. The public areas where pleasant with nice new contemporary furnishings , a pleasant terrace area . The Hotel was not really fully up and running as it was so early in the season therefore it seemed that there was lots more finishing touches to be attended to , such as the weeds in the tennis courts , crazy golf are to be cleaned up , snacks in the poolside bar ,sauna , gym were not in use and the shops where not stocked, although the hairdressers was open. There was no sign of any tour reps ,and no obvious tourist info. around. All this is the reason this holiday was so cheap, so we were not complaining. This Hotel will keep improving I think as time goes by.Positive points are that it was very clean , the staff were very nice and helpful and the food in our opinion was of good standard although the hot breakfasts were sometimes cold. The hotel was on a very long stretch of beach on which there was hardly another person to see for miles , the beach could have been improved ,it needed a little TLC, a bit of a clean up would have made a big difference (but we loved the lack of people)Bathing here was not ideal , a little rocky,my wife swam in the sea after a short walk down the beach to an area clear of rocks, its not suitable for non swimmers or young children as it shelves deeply, but lovely clear water.Evenings in the hotel were low key , having a few drinks other guests, very chilled .One evening of greek dancing was good fun ,little more would have been nice.Good holiday for a quite do nothing chill or to use as a base to explore a beautiful part of Greece(car essential for this)Hotel did not offer any trips but I am sure that this will change as things are fully up and running. Not suitable at the moment for children or teens ,they would be bored.

Only paid £586 for 2 adults AI. for 1 wk. so was expecting very little so everything else was a bonus. We had a great holiday, although I would agree with the previous comments we were able to hire a car (strongly advised ) 43euros per day. This area of mainland Greece is stunning but you would'nt be able to appreciate that if you were stuck in the hotel.A short drive takes you to stunning moutain ranges, forests ,waterfalls, turquoise moutain springs, wetlands home to much wildlife, spectacular scenary. There are also lots of lovely beaches and coves to discover ,we loved Lichnos beach. There are also lots of historical monuments to visit.Parga town is about 30mins drive ,its beautiful, narrow streets, nice shops, lovely little harbour ,fortress and 2 beaches, dont't miss it ,its even worth the taxi fare.Leffkas Island is about 30 mins drive ,its connected to the mainland by a very small bridge. This Hotel is on the mainland, some people were confused and thought it was on the Island as its descibed by some tour operators as Lefkas but its not.

The hotel location is one on its own with very little around or anything to do. Theres no public transport and a taxi is needed whenever you to visit the town/harbour of preveza at a high rate of euros. Overall the hotel accommadtion and srevice is of a high standard but this is all pointless as the hotel does not provide any activities during the day for the family and there is no water sports within walkin distance from the hotel. The tennis courts have grass/weeds growing on them and the play area eqipment is very much unsafe for the kids.Crazy golf area is full of weeds and needs urgent repair to its construction. There was no ice cream available at the pool bar as the hotel had not ordered any.Daytime snacks consisted of finger roll(cheese/ham) everyday and cake at 5pm the hot snacks in the evening did not exist. The hotel is on the beach but its full of rubbish and with only 10 sunbeds. There was no evening entertainment all week and none planned either.
As we was informed by our travel rep that we was near the resort of parga it would have taken a taxi trip of 80 euros.
Overall the place would suit those who are looking for a place where nothing happens.

This hotel has not 5*, does not offer 5* hotel´s services. It is standard 3* hotel situated in really quiet place where is nothing around. Beach is stony, sea entry is unsuitable for children. Swimming pool water also unsuitable for children. All inclusive programm includes mineral water - they offer only tap water and drinks from tap water. Food is very monotonous.
This hotel is suitable for modest adults.
