Mykonos View Apartments

I will not go back to Mykonos View appartments, music from Onirobar till 2 AM,..horrible while you try to get a sleep!! When i arrived my booked room was not available,, and they let me wait for many ours,.. They let us wait in Onirobar...till the room was available...instead of giving a drink from the house, they let us pay an expensive rate for 2 softdrinks. adsolutely magic our experience from mykonos view was unique thats why we go there in 8th year in a raw the view is really fantastic the same are the people who work there mrs nina kai mr kostas the hotel director are the mvp's of the hotel the room very traditional but with all the hi fi needs(internet connection-satelite tv etc) braeakfast was very good rooms very clean swimming poll like a ship leaving the island oneiro bar with very nice view and delicius cocteils with one word FANTASTIC

Just returned from a wonderful vacation and while in Mykonos stayed at the Mykonos View. As advertised the view is magnificent and the pool is great. The staff (especially Julia) was very competent and congenial. The location from the town center is very good. Frommer's advertises that there is a restaurant on the premises, which is not true. There is no room service for food. When we arrived (hungry), we were told that we would have to order takeout delivery in order to eat @ the hotel. After spending 13 nights at the Mykonos View, I wonder why I dont see more reviews of the hotel. We were looking for a hotel with a terrific view, a good pool and a kitchen so we could cook a few meals in the room. We took a chance on Mykonos View and were really happy we did. We booked a Superior Studio which was GREAT! The room was huge, with two built in couches, a dining table, a small but efficient kitchen and a killer view. This is a great hotel with wonderful views and pool BUT check and confirm the price in writing. We were quoted 75 Euro on the phone for 3 people in a studio accommodation only June 2004 but on arrival were told the price was 175 E ! We got it down to 155 but this is a very bad practice. Also remember that if you drink in the bar you are paying for the wonderful view and decor. Anyway we enjoyed our stay and would go again at the correct price
