Casablanca Hotel

We got a "cave"-room at first. No sun, no view ! But ! Simona ( best at the hotel ) gave us a new room with in one hour, fast and with a smile all the time. She helped us every time ( still smiling ), thank´s to her our stay were after all great. Our thank´s to her. Only... more

we were at the casablanca in feb 2010 had a great time very clean, maid every day, clean towels every other day. staff were very helpful we enjoyed it so much we are returning in july, having booked up the hotel has already arranged transfers for us.

Spent a week staying at Casablanca hotel, never will i return to this hotel again. We had cockroaches in our room. Our room was only cleaned once. Our bed linen wasn't changed, we also had no air con. To make matters worse we saw a dead rat outside the hotel.

I would recommend that no one stays at casablanca. I found it very dirty. We had cockroaches in the bathroom for 3 days. A chemical was then put down to kill them, however this took them 3 days to do this. The bed linen was only changed once for the whole week. The... more
