Sunrise Hotel

Hotel location is at the end of the wonderful beach, so that was a good point. The staff very friendly. However, the hotel has a swallow/nest problem which led to an awful amount of bird droppings on the balcony, sunbeds, and in the pool. On the penultimate day of our holiday, the complex was invaded by a group of thirty bulgarian school children with only four adults to supervise them. They ran riot throughout the evening and night including getting alcohol from the local supermarket. They proceeded to run around shouting and banging doors until the early hours (2.30 am). The hotel manageress disappeared early in the morning to avoid the complaining guests, and the holiday rep, admitted she had heard all the commotion and had stayed overnight at the hotel, but said she didn't do anything about it because it was ' not her problem '. Never again with balkan holidays and sunny beach is too commercialised with over 250 hotels. But as a good point, food and drink are cheap.
