The hotel is situated in the quiet, peaceful and green holiday village of Zora, Sunny Beach. The distance to the beach is about 80 m, to the centre of the resort 3 m and to the historical town of Nessebar 8 km.
Kiparisite is a lovely, quiet, clean and friendly hotel. We were welcomed at the entrance and all the staff were pleasant, though their English not particularly good. The room was great – large size with AC, TV, fridge, large wardrobes and a smart bathroom. The bed was two singles pushed together which wasn’t ideal but ok really.
The buffet restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast has wide range of cooked and continental options, lots of fruit, mini cakes, coffee and fruit juice. The only downside was that it closed at 10am which meant earlier mornings than I had hoped for!!
Dinner served mainly local food which was all of a high standard but don’t expect any burgers, pizza etc. There was plenty to choose from – beef, lamb, paella, soup, stew, salads, sausages, potatoes, fruit and cakes again.
Overall our stay there was really good. It’s just across the road from the beach and there’s a shop just outside for snacks etc. We felt like we were the only English people in the hotel and most others seemed either German or Bulgarian! It’s small, there was no intrusive late night entertainment and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants a lazy, peaceful beach holiday.
