We were a group of 8 ladies in our 40's, and was half board, Hotel reception very clean although on checking in there was only 1 female receptionist who was very rude to a guest who had problems with his key not working. Food overall was fantastic, and a great choice at evening meal, the only downfall was that there was no drinks included, not even water, you had to buy them seperately. Rooms were adequate, although to watch t.v you had to pay extra for the remote and also pay to get an outside line on the telephone in your room. Rooms were cleaned daily with new linen and towels. The hotel was in a central location, near to both bar's, eateries, shops and the beach. The hotel entertainment was only for the elderly, comprising of waltz,s most nights, hence why our group went out every night. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing, it took over half an hour to edge ur way in and once in after 5 minutes you turned blue and had to get out. We had one bad day of weather and thought we would use the indoor pool, but again you had to pay extra for this. Overall good hotel, comfortable enough, no noise from pub,s nearby and great food.

Just returned from 3 night's at the Hotel Rosamar celebrating ours and also our friends 40th Wedding Anniversary's Rosamar was brilliant, Staff very polite and attentive, room very clean, and room cleaned every day also clean towels daily, excellent food in the restaurant, hot, varied & plentiful.
Central for all the night spots & ten minutes to the beach. Uncle Peds Bar just across the road is very reasonable for beer at 1 Euro pint, and Sinatra's is well worth a vist for the great cabaret acts.
We all had a fabulous visit and would reccommend this hotel, and can't wait to visit again soon.

Just got back from benidorm and this lovely hotel. we were a party of 10 we were half board and the meals were excellent. Rooms were spotless and staff really friendly. This hotel is very central also opposite Morgans tavern (where benidorm is filmed)and next to Sol Pelicanos (benidorm series). Levante beach is amazing also 5 mins from hotel.

I went to the Rosamar in october 2008 with my two childred, my parents and also my sister. We had stayed at the Rosamar twice before although the last time was a few years ago. Overall the hotel is of a decent standard and I would say better thank most other 3 star hotels in the area. The food was decent with a good choice at each meal and the frinks were cheap. The pool area was also nice and my son really enjoyed playing in the kiddies section. On the downside, the air condition didn't seem to work properly making the rooms very hot especially at night when you are trying to sleep. Whilst the rooms are very clean they are now beoming rather dated and a bit scruffy. The drains also smell a little bit in the bathroom. We also hired a fridge and had no end of trouble with it but they did refund us the money. Overall we all had a really nice time, the weather was fantastic and would more than likely use the hotel in the future.

This was our second visit to the Rosamar hotel and we were really looking forward to our holiday. We were not disapointed. On arival (2200 hrs) we were allocated a room on the 14th floor but as my partner was not good with heights (an understatement) we asked for a room on a lower floor and by 1230 we had a room on the 2nd floor. Staff were friendly, polite and always helpful. The food was excellent with several themed evenings. The pool area was lovely and very clean. The pool bar staff were good and always a good laugh. Although the entertainment is probably aimed more at Spannish guests there was always something on. The only down side were the lifts which did get very busy especially at meal times. After reading some of the reviews on the Rosamar we were a bit concerned but we certainly would recomend the Rosamar we had a magic holiday.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at the Rosamar, and i have to say never again, we arrived to find the room very small and the decor was pitiful. The bathroom had toenail clippings on the floor along with used plasters, the bath and sink were full sand and hair and the drains were very smelly! The food if thats what you can call it was more in line as pig swill!! (pigs would have turned their noses up at it) first breakfast was our last my 4 year old son had cold bacon and a sausage that was red raw in the middle luckily did not eat it! Reception staff very unhelpful be careful as to hidden costs ie TV remotes and hairdryers as they will try and keep your deposits ( keep reciepts) The pool was very dirty and you could not get in for lilos rubber rings and boats to make matters worse when took our son to the " play area" we found a number of condom wrappers!! We would never ever book to stay at this hotel again!

Stayed in this hotel eight years ago fantastic I have been to benidorm 15 times since stopping in different hotel I thought I would go back. What a BIG MISTAKE got there at 11.30am did not get room untill 9.00pm .the rooms are cleanish very dated could do with a lick of paint, air con does not work. The dining room is clean, food is hot not much to choose from not very good for children as it is adult based. the dinng staff are the most miserable people you will meet not one laughed are smiled not even when given a tip, also they never give change back when you buy wine are water. All the public parts of the hotel are very clean but then they would be as you can not use them. they only open the bar at night you have to use pool bar with is dirty bins over flowing, long queues, run out of ice cream a couple of time in our one week stay you can never get a sun bed unless you up at 7.30 and only got 9 umbrellas for the hotel had to buy our own which is not good if you have young children WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL this is not a 3 star hotel it a one . disgusting could not wait to come home ruined our holiday

We stayed at the rosamar with another couple and found this hotel to be first class. The rooms were spotless and wallpaper in the bathroom was a first.
The food was good and drinks were purchased from a member of staff at very reasonable prices ie two euro for a bottle of wine and free sparkling wine at breakfast time.
The hotel is located right in the centre of all the good bars and clubs and the beach is only a five minute walk.
We will be staying in this hotel again.

We was a group of 8 ladies in our 40's, hotel is definately focused at the elderly and all the entertainment is all aimed for them, which was ok as the hotel is situated quite centrally to bar's, eateries, shops and the beach. Rooms were clean and although there was 3 of us sharing 1 we had adequate room. Clean linen and towels daily. Food was fantastic with a great choice at Evening Meal, the only downfall was the evening meal did not include drinks of any sort, not even water. Beautiful pool, just a shame that it was that cold it took over half an hour to get in, inbetween screaming, and once in u had to get out after 5 minutes as you was turning blue. The one bad weather day we had we thought we would use the indoor pool, but they charge extra, which I don't feel is right when you are staying there. There was also extra charges to get the remote from reception so you could watch t.v in the room, and also to get an outside telephone line from your room. We saw some trouble at the bars and beleive it or not it was the bouncers that were the cause of it, so don't for one minute think they are there for your protection, as they were the ones that got arrested. Enjoyable break, but wouldn't go back to either Benidorm or the hotel.
