the hotel itself was found to be in a quiet location but within reach of the busy shopping area. rooms very spacious . the pool was dirty with broken tiles leading into an indoor pool. area surounding was on several occasions reported but ignored. the food was of a poor... more

In order of events, Balkan Holidays were great and overcame all the changes to our holiday that were beyond their control, well done and we've booked with them again. Balkan Airways are quite simply very cheap but certainly not cheerful, it was grin and bear it all the way... more
