We stayed at Blue Gardens for the first time in June 2008 for one week, and had the most marvelous holiday ever. We had such a fantastic time that we booked a further 2 weeks in September from which we have just returned home. Again we had a superb holiday, and returned home reluctantly.
Owned and ran by Elena and Andreas, with the assistance of Costas the barman, and the 2 Grandads George and Andreas Sr., this family run complex is second to none. Four year old Marianthi is a beautiful little girl who loves to befriend you, and will keep you entertained. All devote their summer to giving their guests a wonderful holiday to remember. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them.
The whole complex is immaculate, and the appartments spotlessly clean.. with hot water on tap whatever time of day or night (which is a luxury in the Greek Islands).
The food is fantastic with an extensive menu to suit all tastes..even special dietary needs are catered for. The steak nights, and Greek nights are not to be missed, the food is out of this world and the entertainment great fun, oh and don't miss the Sunday roast.
Only a short walk from Roda town, Blue Gardens is a wonderful place to stay. Needless to say we are returning in June 2009.

If you want a wonderfull relaxing holiday surrounded by fantastic people then the Blue Gardends is the place for you. Because of the brilliant service provided by Andreas, Kostos and Elana most of the guests have been before so it is like joining a big family which will keep on growing. Nothing is too much trouble and Kostas if you ever get to read this I don't care what my wife says I think you are even better looking than Dustin !
If you ever get a chance to meet these wonderfull people DO NOT HESITATE. The place is so warm and friendly that guests for the appartments next door joined us on a regular basis.
My family and I have every intention of returning to see our new family as soon as possible and I suggest you book now whilst you can !

if you are looking for a relaxing holiday then the blue gardens apartments are for you.
we stayed there for 1 week in august 2008.
the apartments are spotlessly clean with all the basics you need.
the owners are andreas & elana with their adorable 4 year old daughter marianthi. also the 2 grandads andreas & george along with kostas 'the best barman in the world' -nothing is too much trouble for them.
the food is to die for and there is plenty to chose from.
we recomend you try the traditional greek dishes - they are something else!
the blue gardens are perfectly situated in Roda just 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Roda.
the 2* rating dosnt give it justice. its certainly 5* service and friendliness all the way.
i would recommend the blue gardens to anyone and certainly wouldnt hesitate to going back.

We have just returned from a relaxing week in Roda, our first time in Corfu and are so pleased we chose the Blue Gardens, as the apartments have everything you need. A small complex of just eleven apartments and a 700m stroll from the beach, shops, tavernas and restaurants. But if you don't want to walk into the resort, food is available all day at the pool bar and it comes with a personal warm welcome everytime.
We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that consisted of a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. There's a good sized fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking facilities. They are extremely clean and well maintained, probably the highest standard we have encountered on our numerous self catering trips to many Greek Islands.
We always read reviews before we go away and we were delighted to read the excellent reviews of the Blue Gardens but you can never be certain until you experience it for yourself. Well, here's another review, one that will hopefully convince you to visit an idyllic little complex in a lovely resort.
Advice: Roda is excellent for families and couples who are looking for a relaxing holiday.
