we stay in diasselo for 2 weeks its a very clean accomadation and very friendly the rooms are big and clean panos and family are very nice and helpful people they are always there for you the diaaselo is the idea for familys and couples not for young that they dont respect and they think they can party all the time

just came back found it very friendly and helpful.if you like to party look for somewhere different,but this is great for couples are families.if you just want to chill.only five mins. from beach and ten mins from centre.will be back in 2012

Rooms where dirty, the bed sheets where never cleaned and the owner treated us like primary school children! He was going mad at us if we came in early hours in the morning definetly not a hotel for the young and lively. Stay Away Awfull Place!

Eight of us girls went to Malia, we had an amazing time! The Diasselo apartments are a 10 minute walk from the main nightlife, the rooms are basic but are clean! The food at the bar isn't that great but there's plenty of nearby restaurants! The hotel manager is very friendly! Trust me you'll have a great time! x

my wife and i spent two weeks at diasselo apts on the beautiful island of crete.the aps were very clean and tidy. the pool area is very spaceous.panos and his over worked wife marieanne are very good hosts.the apts are far enough away from the noise off the bars and clubs as not to hear them but close enough to walk to.the apts were full of twenty to thirty year olds. not really suitablefor older couples wanting a quite holiday away from all the noise. (ps) ponos we hope your father is doing better.wish him the best.

Diassello was the best apartments and in the best location we have stayed at.Spacious excellent, clean appartments.Just a short walk to Malia and Stallis the beach,shops and nightlife also a short walk to the main road to use local bus.Family orintated and away from loud music at night so it was great to have a night cap Mithos,socialise and to have a good nights sleep. This hotel is a great place to stay if your going to malia , its location is perfect if u dont want to be to close to the nightlife, but not to far if u fancy crazy night, just a short walk is the quieter resort of stalis with its lovely restaurants and bars. This hotel is the best place to stay in Malia and possibly the whole of Crete! Panous, the owner, and his family could not be more freindly, helpful and hospitable. We were a group of lads and this is the third year in a row that we have stayed here. My husband and I visted and had a great time panos and his family were so helpful rooms are averge nothing out of this world but on the whole clean and everything that you need, Malia has some great resturants and we found everything within walking distance I would recommend these apartments to anyone would love to go back to visit some time keep up good work.

Ive just returned from my holiday in malia, staying in the Diasello Apts. Before we had even got into our room on our 1st morning it felt like it was boot camp. The owner, Panous, had everybody in a group telling them what they should and shouldn't do on the holiday, you couldnt even call it advising us because he was so abrupt about it. It felt like he was jus watching you at all times. I really wouldnt recommend this hotel to any young group (18-23) of people because it was just so bad. my partner and i had a great time in crete.toured in a hire car as resort very quiet.diaselo hotel was our base.Its a family run hotel very clean and friendly.Panous runs the hotel and is great fun and very helpfull.The origianal bar in malia center has a warm and friendly welcome.malia is for people who want a livley holiday.Looks like it could be Blackpool in the sun when its all open.We were glad we were there in April. ps watch Panous as he cheets a pool.

have been to these apartments 2 yrs on trot and can honestly say have never met nicer people. panos, his dad mike, and vespena his mum were so helpful, kind, considerate and nothing was 2 much trouble my friends been going there for 8 yrs on the trot and they recommended them can honestly say have really had good times there u gotta go to bbqs when they have them food superb. if you do decide to stay there please tell them dawn, stuart, jade, james recommended him and say a big hello to him. his family are lovely and the rooms are just what... more

Went for the 4th time in June this year. It's a great location, 10 minutes walk from the nite life of Malia and 10 minutes walk from the restaurants and beaches of Stalis,this means you can come home when you've had enough and go to sleep in peace and quiet. After staying a week in Malia, it was a shame to be leaving, not only a top resort, with plenty of sights to be seen, but good weather, a nice beach and of course Panos and his family that own and run the Diaselo Apartments. Not only did they make us feel very welcome, but the apartments are clean, the pool a decent size, and being only ten minutes walk from the main Beach road - the 'party' road, it was a choice whether to have a quiet meal and a nice drink, or to head to the bright lights and sounds of the main strip.
