I have stayed with my wife last week,booked with Thomas cook,apartment how looks amazing,refurbished,staff very helpful,front desk also,weather was hot,hotel close to Marmaris town,i will def. go again and recommend to everyone

this is our 3rd time staying at ozturk..fantastic hotel..very clean and comfortable..rooms have electric kettle which is rare in my experience...2 electric cooking rings and fridge..toaster available on request..double sofa bed which is great size and very comfortable..... more

nah long bk frm turkey wer my boy n we loved it wer gna book after xmas 4 next yr amazing 2weeks we had place was lovely n staff wer great miss them all. especially eddie n sammy c u lot next yr. xxx

No need to panic if you've booked this hotel but then went on to read some of the negative reviews. The Ozturk apartments are fine, basic but clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful, i never found any member of staff to be grumpy even when working a 12+ hour shift. ... more

After reading some of the reviews about Ozturk both my wife and i were a little nervous that we made the right choice. We arrived at the hotel around 2.30am and was greeted by eddie the night receptionist'barman'chef'etc. Who insisted on carrying our bags to our room... more

Staff cannot do enough to help. Shower and toilet a little basic. noise is a problem other guests can be heared mainly because every room has marble floors. However the plus side of this holiday out weighs any problems, only takes 5 mins to walk to town so inexpensive to get to the shops and marina

Great Staff Team from Ohforgodssake
What makes the Ozturk Apartments is the staff - all of them are great (Bar, Reception and Cleaning - all are friendly). Some of the staff (Ricki) seem to work 24 hours some days - but are always ready to help with a smile. As stated on other reviews, the rooms are a little spartan for some tastes (some rough edges - like many things in Turkey compared to what we are used-to) but always kept immaculately clean. The 24-hour bar can be a problem (well, some USERS were the problem and kept us awake past 4:00 am more than once)... more

Best Holiday Ever from northendchamps
This was without doubt the best holiday we have ever had. The staff at the Ozturk from the Reception to the Cleaners are all committed to giving you every help and assistance they can. Special mention must be made about Ricky who was an amazing guy. In his own time he took my daughter, age 15, and a number of other teenagers to the famous Bar Street where all the good night clubs are. What a brilliant holiday it was.14 of us in total 10 lads 4 lasses.The resort was brilliant,great nightlife lovely restraunts. The ozturk was great,good service,reception couldnt be more helpfull.Ricky,David,Mehmet,Hadji all really nice guys,really helpfull and a good laugh.Even playing footy with us at 2am lol,must of been mad I'd reccommend the ozzturk to anyone looking for a goodtime.The rooms were really well looked after,The cleaners do a fantastic job. what amazing place everything was excellent about ozturk close to everywhere! pool was fantastic entertainment was excellent turkish night was real fun bar staying open 24hours was what we all needed. The Ozturk lived up to expectations. Small but friendly. The bar, reception and cleaning staff were second to none. Hadjie - aka Crazy frog (sorry about spelling), Eddie - needs to relax, Levett - bar manager - a gentleman, Ricky - playboy extraordinaire, Mehmet - sweetie and the young lad Volkan - model material - made us laugh and were so helpful, many the mornings we asked to have towels put on sunbeds lol. My family and i have just returned from a 2 week stay at these fantastic apartments. All i can say is that this place is excellent! The rooms were a good size and were cleaned almost daily. Every member of staff we met were very,very friendly and they would bend over backwards to help you! The pool was a very good size and contained lots of toys for everyone to enjoy. having stayed in ozturk appartments in july the rooms are very basic, they are kept really clean and staff try there hardest to make up for the lack of facilities here, location is good near markets, shopping centre and beach. the only downside to my holidays was when out and about in bars they try and rip u off big time!!! especially santana bar down front of beach. the turkish night in hotel is very good value for money, but ricky,s karaoke every second night gets a bit much.
