Orange Apartments

On arrival, our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 children), were greeted by a very helpfull Tony and taken to our rooms. Ty, the day staff, was absolutely brilliant and was very helpful, spoke perfect English - and a very good cook!. The apartments are very comfortable and clean and have everything you need. The pool is brill and the complex is small and friendly with a variety of shops nearby. Bar street is just a short walk from the apartments. It may be much smaller than the Simba hotel further along the road (we went there last year) but it is 100% better!. I would recomend the Orange Apartments to anyone who wants a good holiday with the kids, and a little peace when the kids are in the pool and you can have a really good chinwag with Ty. - PERFECT-

I stayed there my sister and our partners, we were a bit wary at first with it only being a 2* and pretty cheap but it was great from the minute we arrived tony the barman couldnt do enough for us when we came home from a nite out he would wake up and get us drinks and food. the appartments are basic but clean and all you need is there. I will definetly be returning and would reccomend it to anyone although I do think its more for younger people

We went on our first girls holiday here and it was fantastic! Tony & Ti were fab and because the hotel was small we got to know eveyrbody who was staying there really well. We made some fab friends at this hotel and it was a brill holiday, The hotel is in a perfect place just out of they way but 5 mins from bars etc. The staff were fantastic and gave us a very memorable holiday Enjoy your every second!! My 14 year old Daughter and I stayed in the orange apts for the 1st two weeks in aug, we arrived in the early hours of the morning and were greeted by a lively and cheerful tony who helped us to our room and explained everything we needed to know. Although there are only 12 apts , they all overlook the pool they are not hugh but were simple & clean and were grt for our stay. I recommend the aircon in the bedroom you can pay tony its £20 per week but worth it especially in july and august when its very hot. We had our bins emptied every day and towels and sheets changed twice a week. the reception is a bar and snack bar Ty works all day and into the evening and his cooking is superb I recommend his spag bol to anyone. tony does the night and he is full of life and will drink with you until there is no one left to drink with. both tony and ty are top blokes will do anything they can to make your hol the best they can. tony remembers everyone by name from day one. we were lucky to meet the best people ever on this hol it was like one big family we had a grt laugh, yes it was noisy singing till the early hours but we all participated even the little ones, and on the odd occasion i went to bed early (2am) the noise never stopped me from getting to sleep. If you are looking for a quiet early to bed hol then dont go here, but if you are looking for a top place where everyone has a laugh and joins in then definatly go here you wont be disappointed. dont expect 4 stars its simple, clean and friendly and tony and ty are brill and will look after you. its only a 5 min walk into gumbet and about 15 mins to the beach a bit longer if you go via the shops as we did alot as there are plenty of grt bargains in designer labels. if you want a safety deposit box they are behind the bar for £7 a week and you can pay £10 to keep your room on if there is no one allocated to it before you leave, check with tony a few days before you go and he can tell you if its available or not. cant think of much more to say except we had a fab time , made some great friends and we would definatley go back, hi to everyone we met and tony and ty we love you both "life is excellent enjoy your every minute" see you next time love Sharon & Faye

Myself,my husband and 11 year old daughter have just had one of the best holidays ever at the Orange Apartments. The people we met there were the friendliest people ever, it was like a little community. Ty is a great guy, nothing is too much trouble working 12 hours a day , 7 days a week everybody loved him. Tony did the nightshift and partied with everyone from 7pm through to 7 am. Not recommended if you like to go to bed to sleep as the music plays all night!!! IT was a really friendly atmosphere and as the resort is small every gets to know each other! tony and thai are very attentive and the place is lively and fun all day long! would definately go back!

Every aspect of the holiday exceeded everything you could possibly want. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Due to the service, we plan to return again this year. We would recommend it to people of all ages. The only way to experience such pleasure is to try it for yourself!

The actual apartments were clean and quite nice, but designed in a way you get no privacy from the pool area, and the balconies just too small to sit out on them and enjoy a drink. The pool bar is open 24hrs which was great but the music was played far too loud day and night and if you have a late night not that appealing at 10 / 11 am. Tony who worked behind the bar was super, top man, but these apartments are best suited to the 17 to 21 year olds, on a lads or girls holiday, definately not that suitable for families or the more mature.

Absolutely fab place, its more than basic, its just 10 mins walk from the clubs/pubs its our 2nd time back at the orange apartments...everyone is so friendly Ibo. Ty and not forgeting Tony who works on the bar of an evening. enjoy your every second....we all love TONY xxx(Raki & Rolling).

myself my grandson and my daughter stayed at orange apartments. they are basic but clean. we had clean bedding every other day and towels changed pretty regular. the orange apartments consisted of 12 rooms. the staff were brilliant especially tony who worked behind the bar who could not do enough for you. if anybody plans to go to gumbet i would recommend the orange apartments.
