We have just returned from a week stay at the benimar and i cannot fault it in any way! Although the pool area is small we had it to ourselves most days so this as not a problem. The apartment re clean, large and have everything you will need. Plenty of towels in the room... more

nightmare in benidorm!!

This must be one of the worst apt in benidorm,having booked a week with "sunrise" part of the thos cook group you would expect a fairly decent room,on arriving late we went straight to bed on pulling back the blankets found the sheets had large holes and were torn from edge to edge.we decided to report this to reception(8.30/4.30)having waited 30mins still no one appeared we decided to give it up as a bad job and have breakfast in the cafe,we selected a meal and waited in vain the guy behind the counter was busy talking to his mate and... more

well what can i say this has been the best holiday ever the hotel was brill it was clean and tidy pool was a bit small but you could still have a good swim and a laugh the staff was amazing and the weather was brilliant craig from wigan

where do i start my air con was leaking had no safe it had bin ripped out of the wall. mattresses were all ripped pool not safe never cleaned pavin slabs sunk. recepsionest was very nasty she pushed my friends daughter. we were there in a party ov 27 and nt 1 of us enjoyed the dumpin ground never ever go back to benimar .mini restarant down stairs was shared by spanish and it is well out ov the way to the centre cleaners only came in once in 2 weeks . the couch had tab burns in and was very dirty . i felt sorry for steph the rep as every 1... more

this was the worst place i stayed in the rubbish was left to you to take outand the apartment was dirty. the children were bored because this was supposed to be a "family apartment" but with no entertainment and having no gates or barriers to the very busy road outside you have to have eyes in the back of your head!!! the kids pool cut my grandsons foot quite badley and this could have ruuined the whole holiday, but he is a reslient little boy and never let it spoil his first holiday abroad (he is 4 years old) what ever you do dont let your... more

Went Aug 06 with my wife and kids,got a great deal but wish i booked different apartments! If you`ve read about the thefts that occur... believe me it`s true! They break into your rooms when you`re out and rip the safes off the wall and nick everything of value. It happenend to a family on the floor beneath us. I spent all week carrying all valuable items with me , what a pain. Anyone can just walk off the street and straight into the lifts or stairs and check who`s in or out! The rooms are very basic,but clean! Not very toddler... more

We've just returned from the Benimar Apratments. Overall the apartments were fine. There were 8 of us altogether, we were put in rooms 4 floors between each other. Our room was ok, a few little things to moan about! The damp in the bathroom (on the shower curtain and the ceiling) was pretty bad, and ladies beware!!! Even though the frosted window by the bath is frosted, it's at head height and my partner found that you could see everything if you out your face straight up to it!! The tray in the kitchen was useful for covering this... more

My Husband and I have just returned from a week in the Benimar Apartments, Benidorm and we thought the apartment was very clean, very spacious rooms with a large balcony and a well equipped kitchen. A toaster would have been a godsend though and we took our own kettle. The linen was changed midweek and the rooms cleaned. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Being seniors we did not use the pool but I would think is very small in the summer when more people will probably want to use it. However it is only a short walk to the... more

what can I say, this was one of the best hols I've had in years. the benimar apts were clean and spacious and we would defo go back there. Staff helpful /friendly/pleasant. Not best place for small kids if you want a relaxing holiday, pool area is up a couple of steps and there is no gate to prevent access to a busy road. that said I would definitely reccommend to adults. Washer was a definite plus and my only niggle was the lack of a KETTLE which to me is essential in self-catering accom. The busy bar area of benidorm was just a short walk... more
Not the Best Aparments...

Ok where do I start... On arrival we were asked for a 60 euro deposit. Then we were given the keys to the rooms we were to stay in for the next 2 weeks. I stayed in room 4B with 3 other friends and my 4 other friends stayed in 4A. Rooms were nice but we found that our shower leaked and the air conditioning in 4B didn't work. We told the staff about this and they said someone will be up shortly to sort it out. In 4A the toilet didn't flush. We told the staff about this too and again "someone will be up to look at it". it all started off so well. quietish hotel out of the thick of the noise. air con. very welcome. washing machine, fantastic! dryer out on the spacious balcony. well equiped kitchen, and the supermarket was just up the road. clean bathroom, a relief. the food and drink were not only tasty but very competitively priced. the patatas fritas i can reccommend. never stopped here before but would reconmend these appartments you have the sun on the pool allday, very secure and in a nice position if the tv had itv and bbc i would have given it 10/10 tv is nice to watch when in the room,tv is free true movies sky news euro sport plus 55 spainish programs a/c is also free
