Wasn't sure about staying here at first after reading bad reviews, Myself and 10 other lads went and it was perfect for what we needed. Minute walk from the strip, Rooms were clean maids came a few times and changed bedding and towels. Reps were excellent and had a great holiday, would deffinatley go back.

Just returned from these apartments. What a tip ! On arrival we were charged 50 euro deposit EACH when in the brochure it states 50 euro per room.
Had to use a bucket of water for flushing the loo as it didn't flush, the shower never had hot water . Both were reported to reception on arrivalbut nothing was done about it the entire week.
The 18-30 reps were non existant except on arrival and when they were trying to sell you something. When they were present, they were'nt helpful and didn't try to resolve problems. The receptionists handed us a list of warnings that we were supposedly given and told if we didn't sign the list then we would be thrown out.
Be careful when leaving your room as they will try and fine you for anything (fake tan on sheets - 50 euros)We were told that we had left our room a mess when infact the maid had given us a black bag the previous day for all our rubbish, which we filled. The only thing that we left in the room was our sheets on the bed, towels in the bathroom and the filled black bag. When the owner informed us of the 50 euro fine for leaving the room in a mess, we told her that the room was cleared. She said that she had checked it and couldn't remember seeing the black bag and said there was rubbish everywhere - which was a lie (love to see who pockets all the fines !!! )
Why the 1 euro 50 cent chanrge for using the jacuzzi at the pool ?

We stayed at the Inn apartments for a week's long girly holiday at the beginning of October. We expect a good lively holiday and although it was the last week of their summer we got eactly what we wanted.
When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly receptionist Judith. The only complaint was that she had to take our passports, apparently this was for insurance reasons. But the other group that checked in at the same time had to too. We did get them back a couple of days later, but makes you a bit nervous with important documents like that. We also had to pay a €50 deposit for any damages made whilst our stay. We had a 4 bed apartment and it was really spacious with a massive balcony overlooking a main road. The self catering facilities are the best I've seen on a Club holiday - we even had a mop and bucket! The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was only a 5min walk away - far enough to get away from the noise of the main strip. The pool was large, and what we heard, much bigger than other Club hotels here. There was also a free breakfast every morning - I wouldn't say it was the best as only consisted on a basic fry up and you couldn't change it to fruit or cereal. They were quite strict about this and had to pay for breakfast each day as this is not what we wanted to eat.
We had no problems with the hotel - but due to the time of the year, it was quite quiet. I can imagine in the busy season the hotel would be quite noisy with people coming and going.
Overall, it was a good holiday and the hotel was part of it!

for our week in magaluf, there were six girls and we shared 2 apartments side by side. this was such a class place. our apartment was nicely finished, and big enough for the 3 of us. and things we needed to cook with were all supplied too. we were staying on the first floor, which was def the best floor to be on, cos all the balconies were just seperated by a small wall, so it was really easy to make friends with neighbours and even the ones above. In the apartments there was a seriously big difference int he ratio of girls to boys, the 8:1 ratio that magaluf in famous for was very obvious, but that added to all the fun. we were really close to a good supermarket, about 5 mins from the beach and about the same from all the clubs. it is especially close to BCM which is brill and makes it easier to find ur way home at 5 in the morning. good luck to anyone who tries to make it all the way up the strip in one night, we made it to bar 5 and started gettin sick. the Inn apartments were class to stay in and magaluf was the best holiday of my life. def not for families though.....its all about being young free and single, or bein on a hen/stag weekend!
