Hotel-Apartamentos Central City

This was my first visit to Mental Central and upon reading the reviews, didnt really know what to expect!! My sister and her friend have been the last 4 years and love it, hence the reason they keep going back and they told me it was amazing and not to listen to the reviews and they were right. This Hotel is friendly, clean and fun. The Pool Bar serves good food, good drink - all at reasonable prices. The staff are all helpful and you get some laugh with them - especially the Reception Staff and Night Porters. The rooms are cleaned almost every day and you get clean towels every day. Everyone around the pool area is just up for the same thing - a good time. The location of the Hotel is brilliant, just straight down the Hill to the West End and there is a wee cheap supermarket round the corner where we would go and get cheap drink. Mambos etc are also just around the corner so I would say it is in prime location. That is the first time I have ever been in Ibiza, and my first Club 18-30 holiday and I will certainly be back next year and Mental Central will be the Hotel I am staying at. You get what you pay for at this Hotel and it is fantastic.

I stayed here in August 2011 with 6 of my friends and it was unbelievable the atmosphere couldn't have been better. the reps are so helpful and mental, the staff are friendly and helpful, its clean and in a perfect location for everything. the rooms are comfortable and the food is nice an cheap. It was an Amazing Holiday and cant wait to go back next year :)

soon as we arrived the pool area was buzzing music blaring and we all looked at eachother and smiled!! accom isnt great but you pay for what you get, there is a safe which is a must buy too keep all your valuables in, not your room. we went aug 2010 and have rebooked for 30th aug for 2 weeks this year and cannot wait!! hopefully meet you all out there!!!

we went to central last august and we must of bin lucky. our room was cleaned quite frequently ( i know this because the cleaner walked in the romm frequently when i was naked). the food was good for the price, atmosphere was epic, you get exactly what you pay for, and if your just looking for a cheap place to party and sleep then central is the place for you

i stayed in the central city hotel its was crap the room was digusting. The cleaners came once whilst i was there. i asked for a pool view with thomas cook i got a view of a road and we got robbed as well. The pool was'nt deep the pool was 2ft deep at the deep end the food was crap as well. When i got there the toilet was broke n the fridge was broke.
Trust me its **** its needs knocking down.

First of all, everyone who wrote bad reviews...you are in Ibiza!! If you wanted to get a good nights sleep and room service dont stay in a club 18-30 hotel!!!
I went with a friend in august and it was amazing. The staff were friendly (although english not great),the location was brilliant as there was a cheap super market close by and the pasta shop on the way home in the morning! The ONLY thing i would say is there could of been done with more sunbeds as the grass is very uncomfortable esp when your hungover lol. I will be returning to ibiza next year to do a season!!!

i stayed here with 5 of my mates 18-25th august 2010. staff are very friendly, food was tasty and reasonable price.
however the rooms were appalling. dirty walls, dirty ceilings, rock hard beds, hardly no room to hang clothes up. it was like a hotel from the 1970's. no maintenance maintained at all.
paid 350 with flights so i suppose you pay for what u get but i would avoid if possible!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL,the staff did not care about anyone.first night our power didnt work and had no help from staff or reps they where too busy out getting drunk.room was full of ants, bugs also COCKROACHES! we couldnt sleep due to the police in and out the hotel even saw them beating a english group up near the pool.its amazing to know that they are allowed to punch,kick and attack deffensless british.even saw one officer beating up a drunk man on a sun bed hiting him with a baton while he was out cold.for your own saftey do not stay there!

Cheap holiday for young people, value for money...don't expect the Earth!! Perfect location for all the great bars in the West End. Club 18-30 hotel,so if you want a good party hol go to Mental Central!!
Me and my friend, both 19 year old girls, stayed here September 2009. Room was very basic and clean, maids came everyday to change sheets and towels. Rooms are self-catering, facilities worked but didn't have all the cutlery we needed, there were no forks but enough spoons!! Shower was cold though =(
Pool area was constantly a tip which was a shame, great place to meet other guests though and socialise, met some great people, had some great nights out and still keep in touch friends met there. Bar does good food and drinks at good rates!!
Worst thing was the bad weather.....it rained 5 days out of 7!!! =(

We arrived at night to find the lights in our room didnt work, went to reception for help lots of other people kicking off therefore the bloke behind reception got annoyed threw a strop and wouldnt help anyone. Finally got lights on to find floor covered in ants which we just had to learn to live with, minging beds didnt sleep inside the bed once didnt dare, minging bathroom and balcony door wouldnt lock. Reps banging on your door and in your room, trying your clothes on and they dont leave until they've got ur cash. If you buy their package they are your best mates all week if you dont then they dont bother to look at you. Food in the tiny bar was good enough and drinks were cheap, overall staff were friendly and when you return from you night out they hand you condoms.ha. To top it off i got mugged walking back to the hotel after a night out, keep your wits about you! I wouldnt stay here again.
