Booked our first holiday to Turkey and stayed at Grand Pasa for one week.
Could not believe it when we arrived. It was stunning as we entered and staff were there to greet us on arrival at three in the morning. We were offered room service as well on arrival which was nice. Got our cases taken to our room and shown how all room facilities worked i.e. air con and room key.
Food was outstanding and variety unbelievable. Drinks were also great as beer, wine, vodka, gin and brandy were all included which was great. Daytime activities were great as there was three fitness classes during the day which I took part in. Night time entertainment was the only downfall but was so bad you had to go and watch for the laugh.
Staff were so polite and I recommend anyone who goes to use the beauty and spa centre, as the massages and other treatments are amazing and great value for money.
Overall whole package was outstanding. Best holiday we have ever been on and have already booked for next May, can’t wait already!

Just returned from this lovely hotel. My family had a very good holiday. It was our first time in turkey. We were a bit worried at first but staying here as put an end to that.
Good points, hotel is excellent clean and very stylish. Rooms are cleaned daily and the house keepers were very polite.
Food over all was good and choice was adequate.
Drink selection for me was a bit limited. Beer red and white wine whiskey brandy gin vodka and amaretto. The rest you pay for. They will make you a cocktail but these vary in quality depending on bar staff. A tip will help for the bar man.
I found the reception staff to be very helpful and polite. For me the entertainment team were very good and funny. Like all holidays I go on they like it if you join there activities which for me works well I like to join in and build friendships with them. But they will not push you into doing anything if that’s what you want.
The hotel was not full the week I was there so I cannot comment on the amount of sunbeds per people when full. The pool and slides were very clean and good fun.
The only thing I was disappointed with was that the night entertainment needs to be reviewed. The kid’s entertainment looked dark and uninviting. The adult entertainment was mainly guest based i.e. karaoke and grand Pasa queen.
Anyone who as booked this hotel needs not to worry you will be pleasantly surprised. It definitely deserves its 5 star rating. I have also heard that Thomas Cook are taking this for UK bookings. So book this now for a bargain before prices go up.

We have just returned from a week at the Grand Pasa. (approx 90 min from Dalaman airport). It was our first time in Turkey didn’t know what to expect, on way to the hotel I was a little worried as its not the cleanest place we have been to, but I was surprised.
The hotel was great! The rooms were cleaned daily; food was always fresh, hot and good variety. The pool area was tidy and clean, plenty of sun loungers. The drinks were local drinks, the beer was good although they didn’t have much choice of spirits I think it was vodka and gin they had.
The entertainment was well... interesting! They did the same thing every day, even the kids disco was the same songs which after a couple of days it gets on your nerves!! We ended up in our room by 9pm most nights it was that bad!
The hotel says it has a Turkish bath which is included in the all inclusive but its not they do charge you, also they charge for picnic too.
The kids club the hotel says it has, well, is not quite a kids club its more of a wooden shed with a TV, balls and a basketball hoop in which the kids can walk in and out of. So you can’t actually take your eyes off them for 2 mins! That’s all there was for the kids apart from a small pool which is taken over by Russians! The hotel has 3 water slides, but they are only open a few hours a day.
I enjoyed the break at the Grand Pasa, and would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t have children!

Me and my partner had never been to Turkey before and were a bit wary of what to expect.
We arrived at the Grand Pasa and it was everything I had hoped of and more. The newly built complex is stunning, you could eat your dinner off the floor it’s so clean.
The entertainment team are fantastic involving young and old, there was no end to the list of activities. I especially loved the afternoon pool dance.
The all inclusive food and drink were fantastic, although some nights it was repetitive, the food was still delicious 5* cuisine.
The hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from the beach were u can enjoy watersports of all kinds at really cheap prices, we hired jet skis for £20 and it made our day.
I unfortunately tore the ligaments in my shoulder on the last day and the medical attention I received was better than that here in the uk, the doctor’s surgery was immaculate, and I was out in no time back to my resort.
I found the Turkish people to be very friendly, they bend over backwards for you to enjoy your holiday. I would definitely recommend this hotel and marmaris to anybody young or old.
It’s a fantastic place with fantastic people and I will be going there again.

We booked our holiday the morning before we travelled and was only put in the Grand Pasa when we arrived, due to our original hotel overbooking (bit of a nightmare).
Overall the hotel really does deserve its 5 star rating, very nice in all areas. Would have to agree with others though, this hotel did get a bit annoying with the Russians, especially at dinnertime and when general manners were needed. We would recommend this hotel but be ready to but up with some greedy, rude Russians.

We have just returned from a one week holiday which we booked through our local travel agent very last minute (only a week before we travelled).
I was very apprehensive about travelling to Turkey as we had never been there before but it ended up being one of the most enjoyable holidays that we have been on.
We loved this hotel and believe it to be worthy of its 5* rating. We were happy with the standard and variety of food and more importantly our children were. The breakfasts were not upto much but you can't have everything.
The hotel is situated in a quieter part of Marmaris which we were happy about but there is plently of transport to the livlier parts if that's what you want.
To be honest apart from a few trips out - we didn't leave the Hotel much. I can recommend the boat trip which was a lovely day and very good value.
Our children loved the Hotel and all it had to offer with the pool and slides.
My only criticsm would be that as mentioned by another holiday reviewer, there were far too many Russians staying who proved to be very rude and very greedy at meal times. We were disappointed with the evening entertainment which did seem very geared up to the Russians. We managed to have a good time thanks to the good company of some English couples who we met and "palled up" with.
We did hear mention that in 2008 there are likely to be more British people and less Russians staying at the hotel which would just be the icing on the cake to what was a most enjoyable holiday.
I would love to return to see for myself.

We stayed at the Grand Pasa hotel for 1 week in June 2007 on a late booking with Cosmos. The hotel itself is very nice and worth 5 stars.
The facilities are great, the mini club (Ages 4yrs to 12yrs) was a god send! It kept my son out of the scorching heat at peak times of the day and he absolutely loved it in there.
The Spa facilities were very luxurious and can recommend the full body massage and Turkish bath experience.
As with all All Inclusive holidays if there is only 1 restaurant the food does get a little boring after 4 days or so of the same kind of thing. However the quality of the food was good.
Daytime entertainment was adequate the team there were good at organising a range of activities however it was very repetitive.
The only thing that spoilt it for us was the fact that majority of the hotel was occupied by Russians, only 4 other English couples were there, unfortunately they were not very friendly and you had to fight for your place in the queue for the food!
The only other item we were not impressed with was the nightly entertainment. This was mainly focussed for the Russians and was rather poor in content.
Beach was a 10 minute walk away, be aware the beaches are not golden sandy beaches more like grey stony beaches!
Other than that we had a great short break at the Grand Pasa Hotel in Marmaris.

This was our first holiday to Turkey and we did have some reservations.
The only negative thing I could say about this trip was the journey from the airport to the hotel, approximately 75 mins.
After arriving at the Hotel Grand Pasa about 3am we were met by friendly welcoming staff.
They offered our party something to eat and drink while our luggage was taken to our rooms.
Our first experience of the hotel was of an immaculate building with no detail left out. Our rooms were excellent and cleaned daily and towels changed daily. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They ensured all your needs were met.
The dining room was always kept very clean and you never saw tables left with dirty dishes etc. We were all inclusive and can only describe the food as delicious and with plenty of choice.
The pool area always clean and sun loungers comfortable. Bar staff always happy to serve you and entertainment team worked very hard.
We have travel all over the world and have stayed in many hotels. However, our experience of Hotel Grand Pasa has left us all with very happy memories and we hope to return with other family members next year.
I highly recommend this hotel and can assure you will have a great time.
