My daughter and her two friends (all 18-year olds) were on their first independent holiday abroad. They were told to go to the Hoppa desk in arrivals at Barcelona. There isn't a Hoppa desk. Luckily the driver came into arrivals and called for Hoppa passengers. They handed over their travel voucher and he took them to Lloret de Mar where he then left them on the side of the street and told them their accommodation was just down the road and round the corner. He then drove off. They dragged their suitcases down the road to discover that he had left them at Hostel Magnolia, not Magnolia Apartments. They got a taxi to Magnolia Apartments to discover it all locked up. They then walked the streets until 4am when they found a hotel which had a room. Next day they found that there is an office not far from their apartments where, had they known to go there, they would have seen a note in the window asking them to phone a number to get the key. They were then taken to an apartment which was not where Magnolia Apartments is, according to the web site. The apartment was okay until the aircon started leaking and drenched one of the beds. The owner didn't attend to the problem promptly. Conclusion: don't ever use 2 Can Travel.
