My daughter and her two friends (all 18-year olds) were on their first independent holiday abroad. They were told to go to the Hoppa desk in arrivals at Barcelona. There isn't a Hoppa desk. Luckily the driver came into arrivals and called for Hoppa passengers. They handed... more
