Absolutely fantastic place! John was so helpful, polite, kind, welcoming and just an overall great person.
The place was newly furbished and it was the best 2 days we spent in Penzance. He was ready waiting at the door for us and received us warmly, with maps and info already printed out.
The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff and John made you feel like a true guest in their b&b!
Basically I cannot say enough and everything seem too little. We highly recommend this hotel because of its cleanliness, warmth, and people and not to mention location.
And, icing on the cake... when we left our battery charger in the room John mailed it back to us ASAP, insisting for us not to pay for postage fees.
Thanks again John... everything was greatly appreciated!
