Atinc Hotel

1. On arrival after travelling during the night there was no cot for our infant and had to wait about an hour for it to come. 2. We were intercepted in the hall when holding a bottle of water and told no food or drink is allowed on the premises. 3. The shower room was dirty and old and we were showering in a tray full of water as the plumbing was blocked. 4. The furniture was old, and drawer fronts dropped off when using them. 5. The wardrobe door fell out of the track and injured my son's foot who had to have hospital treatment 6. The dining room was very basic and looked more like a prison canteen 7. There was only one high chair and was unavailable to any one else whilst it was being used 8. The breakfast was dreary, with un-chilled milk for cereals and warm milk on cornflakes was ugh! 9. Often, the lifts did not stop in line with the floor, so, if you were unaware of the problem, guests tripped either up or down whilst getting out. 10 The Air conditioner programme control was difficult to make work. 11. The roof top swimming pool was quite small, and children's pool only accomodated 3/4 children in comfort 12. There was no one on duty at the pool 13. The cleaners washed the floors whilst guests were using steps etc. which made the floor very slippy. 14. During the day, they left the fire escape door open so children could go out and fall down the steps. 15. The staff pretended not to understand when we were asking for advice. 16. The Hotel charged 6 lire for 1 bottle of beer whilst every other place we found charged 3 lire for the same size 17. We had torn old bedding on our beds and beds were hard and uncomfortable 18. We felt the Hotel was overrated with 4 stars and should have no more than 2 - 3 stars. 19. The weather was excellent though and Kusadasi was lovely.

We stayed at Atinc Hotel for a week and thought it was a really good hotel. The room was large and clean, and we had a sea view from our balcony. The pool is quite small but was never very crowded so didn't feel cramped and the views from the roof terrace are amazing. Although a sign in the hotel's reception states you cannot bring food or drink in from outside, we managed to blatantly bring litre bottles of water in several times a day without question until our last day! I would say this rule is the hotel's only downside as the water in the minibar is about 6 times more expensive than shop bought water, but we didn't really have any problems bringing it in and it can be easily hidden in a bag anyway. The turkish bath in the hotel was excellent and i would throughly recommend it. Atinc also has Internet facilties, and the staff were generally helpful. The breakfast was extremely varied and Turkish, although there was also toast / cereal / egg etc. The location is fantastic - opposite the sea front and really close to resturants, shops and the city beach. Overall, I would really recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to explore Kusadasi and the surrounding areas. We really enjoyed our stay there and found it to be very clean, comfortable and convinient.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel, the location is great just in front of the sea, and with loads of restaurants and coffee bars around. The rooms are clean but they look quite old, the hotel would need a bit of redecoration. The breakfast is quite average as well, nothing special, the usual stuff and no fruit juice (that is something that disapointed me a little bit because I would have expected fresh juices in Turkey but I stayed at 3 different hotels and only got fresh orange juice at one of them, the other 2 offering a suspicious "Tang" beverage). In all, I would give it 3 stars instead of 4.

I had only 2 days in Kusadasi and picked this hotel due to it's location, which was ideal right in the centre of Kusadasi opposite the sea, so shopping and nightlife was right on the door step. Some rooms have sea views, and there is a pool on the roof terrace. We did not make breakfast! too busy in bar street the night before, so cannot comment on the food, but the room was tidy and clean and bigger than what I expected. There is a big sign at reception telling you it is forbidden to bring food & drink into the hotel, which I think is very unfair as the prices are heavily inflated, although this seems to be common in Turkish hotels. We did smuggle some drinks in via a rucksack, although we weren't stopped we did feel like we were being watched as we entered the hotel! So we quickly went to our room. Overall, I would recommend this hotel if you want a simple hotel in an excellent location for visiting Kusadasi.

We stayed at the Atinc Hotel for a whole week. We found that the people were very nice and friendly, and the service was very helpful. The rooms were moderate with a nice view of the harbor. The hotel was also in a good location, in the center of the town. However, if you are looking for a swimming pool, do not expect to find much! The miniature swimming pool on the hotel's roof can hardly fit two people at one time. It is convenient however to take a taxi to the nearest beach. Excellent food with a good variety. While we were there, the internet service was not working.. nor was it repaired. Overall, the Atinc is an adequate and comfortable hotel to stay in, in the heart of Kusadasi.

Stayed there for almost 2 weeks. We have chosen this hotel because of its central location. Not that clean and i don' t think that the 4 stars rated is fair for this....I would rate it 3 stars. What surprised me was that they DO not allow to anyone to bring neither food (fresh fruits or a desert) nor beverages (juices) from outside...Even if you carry water with you they show their dissatisfaction.......Completely unacceptable....this happens ONLY in ATINC........They DO NOT offer water NOT even in breakfast....can you imagine it? You have to but the water which price is 3 times more than you can buy it from outside......and of course not mention that if you cannot drink the specific water that hotel offers you HAVE to drink it......... For sure, i will think it twice to stay again in this hotel. NOT AGAIN......

just come back from kusadasi the hotel atinc where we stayed was very clean and has now been updated excellent staff very friendly some good retaurants neapolis in the old town very good the girl there called ayse never sits down and nothing is too much trouble for her gossips restaurant is excellent for english food you get loads and it is well recomended evensay is great for turkish food very cheap also yackamus is good for snacks and drinking the people who own it are lovely and there will do anything for you we found all turkish people very friendly on ladies beach find ossie he waits on in one of the restaurants there and is very good kusadasi is a great place for young and old alike with plenty to do

We have stayed at this hotel 5 times. In that time the decor has never changed, it is showing signs of wear and tear. The £120 extra for a sea view on top of the holiday has also never changed. Every year the staff have changed! I wonder why? The Air con is too noisy we cannot bear to have it on at noight. The Derici next door offers FREE sea views and is much cleaner!

I live in Kusadasi and have met 2 women that go to the Atinc hotel year after year if i want to visit my friends i just go and the person on reception just rings the room and one of them comes to reception and takes me to the room i can go to the pool as well. Only thing i found was that it is quite expensive for 1 night but i suppose if you want the best you have to pay, like TINA TURNER says SIMPLY THE BEST better then all the rest

it was in september of 1997 when we stayed at the atinc. we were there for 2 weeks, and really enjoyed our stay. we were only on a bed and breakfast basis, but we really enjoyed our breakfast every day, we very rarely needed to eat much during the day. our room was very comfortable, and so was the bed! the only reason we haven`t been back is because our financea aren`t what they used to be. we particularly loved the rooftop swimming pool, how often can you swim with a view like that in front of you? we spent quite a bit of time up there, but still found time to see the rest of kusadasi, although it was our 2nd visit to the resort.
