Lovely place with lovely people. Our party consisted of 2 adults aged 25 & 30 and two kids aged 10 months and 3 years. Accommodation was clean, tidy and comfortable. Complex was also clean and tidy and staff were very helpful. We booked s/c but there is an option once you are there to pay at reception to go all inclusive, we took advantage of this but you do have to do it for a minimum of three days.
It cost us approx. 60 euros per day for two adults and one child. This worked well for us as we liked the variety over the 7 day holiday. Food was nice but average and not much variety from day to day. For us it was easy and took the hassle out of finding a suitable restaurant. (I would like to recommend a couple of restaurants down in the port, la Llonga you can just turn up and get a table but to get a good table you do have to book, there is also another restaurant a bit further down the port but the name escapes me.)
Having said that, if we visited the accommodation again we would be more than happy to go all inc. The only negative about the hotel is that it is quite a walk to the town and beach (certainly not 850 m as the website states) it takes around 15-20 mins but to be honest it did not bother us much. Would book again.

Stayed at the Duva apartments, found the complex a great place to relax and just chill. The apartments were kept in immaculate condition and more than deserve the 4star rating. All staff were more than helpful and polite, the maids were super efficient! A great place to go if just want to laze about! The town of Puerto Pollensa is a real mix of locals and holiday makers, I thoroughly enjoyed just walking amongst them all or just sit outside one of the many cafes on the local square and just people watch, the beach is long, clean and brill!
Downsides of the Duva is the lengthy walk to the town, no lights working along the bicycle path neither, the cost of the sport amenities, the bar closing at 12am and no entertainment. Apart from this my partner, son and myself had a great holiday, we met loads of really nice people, had a great laugh every night in the bar which made up for no entertainment, we made our own! Would definitely consider returning to the Duva.

The Duva apartments are the best we have ever visited of their type. The complex is immaculate and the staff very helpful. This accommodation is highly recommended and deserves its 4 star rating. The only slight disadvantage is the out of town location. This is not a problem if you have a car or are prepared to pay the 5 euro taxi fare.
Beware of a restaurant called Little Italy near the Pine Walk at Porto Pollensa seafront. Wonderful location and nice pizzas but we were served DEAD FLIES! Not a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic complex. Cleanliness couldn’t have been any better. We had a one bedroom apartment. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped bathroom c/w hairdryer. Adequate catering facilities - though we ate out every night. Staff very friendly. We ate buffet style one night at Duvas - it was excellent! Would consider half or full board if I went back. Only bad thing was the location - quite a distance to walk for most people.
Wish I’d known the gym was only for people over 16 as my son was VERY disappointed. Will return when he’s old enough - if he still wants to go on hols with the olds then!!!
Definitely recommend this place.

The Duva apartments were a great place to stay. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy and the complex well kept. The staff were very helpful. We were on an all inclusive basis and while the food was okay the choice was a bit limited. We felt that it was still good value for money overall.
The only downside about the Duva apartments is the 20 minute walk into the town along a busy road. We didn't mind the walk too much but it might not be ideal for families with young children or the less mobile.
The town of Puerto Pollensa was lovely with a beautiful beach and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. We found a fantastic Mallorcan restaurant called 'El Positano' and would recommend it.
