we have just found this hotel still on the websites advertising for holidays we cant belive it we visted this hotel a few years ago with our family and changed hotel without refund after 3 days of not been able to take it any more.
on arrival there was noone to greet us we waited almost an hour in what was supposed to be a reception area with no seats or desk. when given our room there was a strange smell of FILTH turned ut the receptionist had been asleep on our bed as he was waiting for us to arrive. he also spoke little english.
it was 4am the beds were unmade an the sheets left were dirty we had to ask for a change. we made the children sleep on beach towels as the beds had holes in which looks like bites like a moth feast.
the toilets smelt and were filthy we had to do a big clean on our first day. it was a disgrace.
we tryed to give this hotel ago as the year before our friends had visted an really enjoyed it but the hotel was now taken over by all turkish and had gone down in the dumps.
DONT VIST HERE!!
However hisorinu is a lovely place which my family and i vist now every year and stay in freddys apartments.

First of all, the above review is a fake, my family and I know this to be true, having experienced this place first hand, thankfully only for a few hours, after I had threatened to sue "on the beach" holidays, who are without doubt, the most inept group of uncaring individuals ever to be corralled together and called a company.
Turkish Paradise is a zero rated establishment, all your worst fears and age old horrors become real as you walk through the broken door of this place, the chap who met us at 05.30am, reeked of booze, smelled terribly of body odour and could not speak a word of English, I woke him up from his slumber, with my disbelieving children looking on, he then escorted us to our "apartment."
The place was filthy, and I mean filthy, we have all been abroad before and encountered different levels of what people describe as clean, but this was absolutely disgusting, there was human faeces on the ageing bed linen, numerous squashed mosquitoes all over the walls, the front door and windows had no locks on them! Anyone could have just walked in at any time.
This was meant to be a self catering apartment, but there was no cooker! Two mugs, one glass, and a mish mash of ancient filthy cutlery, none of which was fit for human use. The shower was about fifty years old, and was suspended by a piece of string! The whole room was covered in mould and rust, and was never ever going to be used by anyone in my family, the stairs and balconies in the "apartment" were constructed long before health and safety had ever been thought of, and both would have been instantly condemned by any operator official who visited the place to rate it, (incidentally, we never ever did get an address for the place, despite obviously bombarding on the beach with phone calls and e-mails right up to departure day, and the manager, the most useless person I have ever dealt with, an absolute fool, who did nothing for us at any point).
The pool, well, we could see from a distance that this was not a place to go any where
near, filth, dilapidated "garden" full of litter, parasols that had been there for twenty years - you get the picture. Oh did I mention the very busy road on one side and the view of a car park complete with wrecked vehicles on the other?
To sum up, I, like many other other fathers, saved up, paid(a lot) for a summer holiday for my family, and expected to get what I paid for, instead we were subjected to hell for a 24 hour period, which deeply upset my expectant wife and children. It is worth mentioning that we met several other families who had endured a short stay there, and had been similarly shafted by "ON THE BEACH" they are the company who are at fault here, I have demanded that this place be taken off their list of "hotels" but to date they still send innocent unknowing Brits on a trip they will never forget - this is negligent.
Any pictures that they show on any website are fake too, the real thing has to be seen to be believed. DON'T USE ON THE BEACH, AND DON'T GO TO TURKISH PARADISE.

Our stay at the Turkish Paradise was...

Sep 2007, Miss A Stevens

Our stay at the Turkish Paradise was a complete disaster. We were booked there for three weeks and changed rooms four times. The first room only had a double bed, when we specifically asked for twin beds and the shower was also horrendous, flooding the whole room every time we used it. When we asked for towels to dry the floor we were dismissed rudely. The owner then apologised and offered to move us to a downstairs room. This was terrible. There was no air conditioning, a constant smell of rats and noise from the pool area all day.
We tried very hard to cope with this but asked the owner if there was any possibility of a fan. He refused and only said he could move us again in five days. With half of our holiday ruined we were moved a third time into a competent one bedroom apartment, exactly what we had hoped for. The next day there was a huge electricity explosion in the cafe area in the apartment building. No one could go in the pool (which dead rats were found in) for fear of electrocution. This was the final straw and we moved to another hotel, along with four other families. Hisaronu is the most wonderful place and I would go back tomorrow, just not to the Turkish 'HELL' apartments.

Our holiday was booked through On the...

Sep 2007, Mr N Prater

Our holiday was booked through On the Beach holidays. On The Beach were excellent for giving us all the proper information that we had asked for, and the tickets for the flight arrived in plenty of time to elevate any worries about them not turning up in time for the holiday.
The night before our departure from Gatwick airport we stayed overnight at the Castle Lodge hotel, 28 massets road, Horley. We booked a family room which had a double bed for me and my partner and two single beds for our two children. The room had an en-suite bathroom and was very nicely decorated and clean. The hotel owner's and staff were excellent and the charge for parking the car was very reasonable.
Our flight to Dalaman was through ONUR AIR (oh my) there is nothing I can say about the airline that is good.....except we left on time and arrived on time.. The flight attendants were ignorant, the food was shocking... flight, and arrival time’s information in flight were non existent.
On arrival in Dalaman our airport transfer to hisaronu booked through car-dalaman.com was there to greet us and supplied us with a lovely vehicle to travel in.
On arrival in Hisaronu we arrived at our hotel Paradise apart hotel. Although the time we arrived was 0530 the owner of the apartments was there to greet us and was very helpful and informative.
We were shown to our apartment after the paperwork was completed and were not disappointed. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated and although we did not use the cooker as we ate out all the pots and pans were available. The bathroom had a massive walk in shower and had a hair dryer supplied
Both the bedrooms were on the upper floor which were clean and comfortable one bedroom had twin beds in and the other had the double bed. We had a lovely size balcony that overlook Hisaronu with a table and four chairs.
The swimming pool was a lovely size and was kept lovely and clean. My partner and I spoke to a lot of the other people in the hotel and everyone was very happy with their accommodation.
Well what else can I say...? Hisaronu is a fantastic place to visit and the famous Olu Deniz blue lagoon beach is just a short ride away.
