I researched many hotels before picking this one. It was a lovely place, scrupulously clean. Pool area was lovely but could be a bit slippery. We had half board. Breakfast good but we felt although the evening meal was fine there could have been a larger choice. Good idea to settle bar bill on a daily basis otherwise you could have a shock at the end of the week especially if you have children who have lots of drinks. Staff lovely. Main complain was we did not realise the hotel was a bit out in the sticks. Never walked so much on holiday especially one mad day to Fetiye! We also were unaware the season does not start until beignning of May, so a lot of places were in the process of getting up and running. Would like to return when busier. If you fancy a meal out we would thoroughly recommend The Turtle Restaurant - down the hill from the hotel and turn left. Excellent meal, really good value and the owner gave us a lift back afterwards! He also arranged car hire for us for a couple of days, which at £25 per day was really good value. Went out on a boat trip from Olu Deniz which was great especially getting on and off the boat from the beach. Just beware all extras on board i.e. drink and even chips with lunch are extra. Also if you stop at some historical islands there is a charge to go on there. We found the people lovely and chatty and didn't find there was to much hassle in the shops.
We had some lovely warm days, but beware the evenings can be very cold at the beginning of April - we ended up with the bed cover wrapped round us on a couple of occasions.
At the beginning fo the week we were not overly impressed with Turkey, but by the end of the week it had definitely grown on us and we will return.
Overall Perdikia Hills is a lovely place to stay.

Early arrival (4am) but were met with assistance to apartment. Upgraded to Half board at good rate for four of us for the remaining 12 days usage. Cleaner(s) done a wonderful job, and treated our resident cuddlies with respect :)
Pool has to be one of the best maintained I have ever witnessed.
Beach is a 'dolmus' away - about 15mins.. but try and find the 'sugar beach' well worth it.
Bar and Food Costs are 'a tad' higher than average - but....bearing in mind where you are, its par for the course.
Freindly Staff....
Downer - Breakfast is 8 to 10:00
if you go for 8.... be prepared to wait for 10 minutes.. and if you go after 9:15 . . dont expect too much left in the way of bread or juice (sometimes eggs).
If you put a little effort into the language (Please and Thankyou, and even your room number) this receives incredible respect.

We have holidayed in Turkey on several occasions, but this was our first visit to this area. The scenery is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and pine forests and we made the most of it by going on several excursions. We booked them with a company called Evergreen in Ovacik and found them to be very reliable and professional. We also found the local people to be very friendly and we were not pressured to buy in any of the shops etc (maybe we just got lucky)!
The apartments are very clean and have fantastic views. We booked with Qwerty travel but would not do so again for various reasons, also as part of the package we should have received wine and fruit on arrival, but it did not materialise.
One restaurant which deserves a special mention is Solo, which is down the hill from the hotel, turn left and you will find it a few yards down on the left hand side. The service, food and hospitality could not be faulted - such friendly people.
If we holidayed in Turkey again we would return to this area in preference to the others.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and kids aged 11 and 13 and we NEVER go back to the same hotel for our summer holidays. We have been to Majorca, Portugal, France, Ireland, Cuba, Jamaica, Italy etc BUT love the Turkish people as they truly are so friendly and the country offers such great value for money.
Perdikia Hills is just fantastic! It's clean, new, friendly and very classy, there are no nasty crowds or drunks or parents dumping their kids in the kids club (as there isn't one!). To be honest, we met such wonderful people with kids aged between 1 and 17 and everyone just got on with it and helped to supervise the swimming pool area.
Tibet who runs the place is so affable and courteous and knows a great deal about the local area and runs the small complex in a super efficient way. His mantra was "I AIM TO PLEASE" and this is what he did. If there was the slightest problem he would deal with it and with a sincere apology.
We had a huge 2 bedroom apartment which had 2 en suite bedrooms and a large lounge/kitchen/diner with a separate toilet as well (bedrooms are downstairs). It was bigger than some villas that we have stayed in!! Some of the descriptions in brochures really do not do Perdikia justice and they under sell the amenities and service on offer.
We stayed on a half-board basis and had a lovely fresh traditional turkish breakfast each day with yoghurts, bread, honey, olives, cheese, cereals etc and dinner each evening served buffet style. The food was mainly turkish, lots of vegetable dishes, chicken, fish and lamb. We chose half-board which worked out (as we booked independently) at only £3.50 each per day as we booked very early and got a great offer through travelrepublic. Worth every penny and more!!
The pool area was very clean though like lots of foreign pools, slippery and you really have to take care. Sunbeds do get taken early but Tibet just found some more and put these out. He also organises a game of water polo every afternoon at 4.30 pm which really is a great ice-breaker and ensures that everyone mixes and makes friends.
The other very important thing about the place was that it was so quiet in the mornings and nights. The maids would only come when you were out of your rooms normally in the middle of the day and as it is located away from the main street up a hill you do not get any road noise.
They provide a free shuttle bus to the beach at Olu Deniz which is a lovely place to wander and chill, Hisaronu which is a 20 minute walk is very busy, with lots of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and "REAL fake goods".
When we go back in July we will definitely meet past guests as virtually everyone concluded that Perdikia set the bar which would be extremely difficult to beat. It truly was our best ever holiday!!!!!!!!!!
- Advice: It's a great place to relax amongst beautiful mountain scenery.

Where do I start. 6 of us booked a villa with private pool but did not expect much in the way of space. We were wrong. The villa was massive with three floors - top floor three bedrooms - one en-suite, middle floor - toilet, lounge/dining room with balcony and a lovely kitchen, ground floor had another bedroom, shower room and open plan kitchen/lounge/diner which led out to the terrace and pool. Everything was immaculate with cleaners and pool man every second day. When our toilet jammed it was fixed immediately and when we requested an iron, an ironing board and iron appeared immediately. The site was surprisingly quiet and the staff said the season was ending which was a shame because the temperatures were about a hundred degrees in september which is more than hot enough for most brits. I believe the site is only opened four years ago and there seems to be plenty of building work going on in the surrounding area so perhaps this area is up and coming. The site itself had a large swimming pool, tennis court, fitness and massage room and a nice bar area round the pool but because it was so quiet we could not judge what it would be like at full capacity. Our party had a fabulous time and the only criticism I have is that the on-site shop was closed and the nearest shop was quite a walk, especially in that heat and was pretty basic. However taxis are very reasonable and we went into Hisaronu and did a huge shop in the supermarket there and carried it home by taxi. You really would like to get out at least one or two evenings and Hisaronu was ideal for that, not massive but with enough bars, shops and restaurants to suit us. I would go back there in a minute and would certinlty consider getting a villa again as having the pool all to ourselves was brilliant. And finally, the day at the beach in Olu Deniz was great and well worth a visit.

Absolutley amazing, never been to Turkey before but will definatley be returning. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage boys, lots to do and spoilt for choice. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were so friendly, they couldnt do enough for you. We stayed half board and the food was lovely. We couldnt fault the hotel in any way at all. We did eat out a couple of times, recommendations for eating out were The Cherry Chow, a wide selection of variation in food and also Bella & Gusto an Italian resturant, we also recommend the Buzz Bar for meals and drinks, all these are located in central Olu Deniz and are a must!! As far as activities are concerned we did the 12 Island boat trip, great for snorkling, Horse Riding, Truck Safari and Paragliding (not for the feint hearted) but absolutley fantastic, highly recommended. Overall holiday was brilliant and would recommend this for all ages. This is a peacefull hotel with excellent relaxing suroundings. We met so many people there of all ages and were all extremely friendly. Cant wait to visit again. Only been back 4 days and we miss it so very much, a credit to the hotel, staff, location and Tomson's.

We've just returned from a 10 night holiday at the Perdikia Hills apartments and can't wait to return.
Hotel is fabulous, beautifully presented and spotlessly clean and tidy everywhere.Such friendly, hospitable staff who were so helpful. Look out for Tibet who is one of the hotel management team - he is a star - absolutely fantastic, such a genuine and interesting guy to talk with.
All the surrounding areas are beautiful and only a Dolmus ride away. Try an authentic meal at the Pasa Sofrisa restaurant in Hisaronu - it's very good food and reasonably priced.
If you like red wine look out for DIKMEN wine - delicious! The couple at the little Hallam market in the village keep a stock of it and they're a really great couple.
Highly recommend a trip to Dalyan - if you're lucky enough to get Atti as your tour guide you'll be in for an entertaining day.
Only thing we would recommend is that you settle your hotel bar bill on a daily basis, otherwise it can get a bit expensive.

My girlfriend and I have just arrived back 2 days ago from our first real holiday together at the Perdikia Hill Family Resort near Hisaronu and Ovacik.
I can honestly say that I've never stayed in such a good quality, friendly, comfortable and clean hotel before when abroad and would recommend anyone thinking of booking a stay to do so safe in the knowledge they are choosing a very family orientated and concientiously run establishment.
The staff are genuinely eager to please and as helpful as can be while not seeming overbearing, the head waiter Eric is a real character and made our stay all the more enjoyable with his antics and keen sense of humour. The chef (didn't catch his name) was also a very courteous and friendly person who served up the best turkish cuisine I've eaten to date aswell as several european style touches here and there and the management team were extremely proffesional, helpful and again; genuinely friendly nice people who above all simply wanted to make sure their guests enjoyed their stay.
My parents & sister happened to be in nearby Icmeler at the same time we were in Hisaronu so they called over for the day and were made very welcome indeed by everyone at the hotel and left at the end of the day with as high regard for Perdikia Hill as we had.
The hotel itself is set back from the road and is reached via quite a steep hill so for those who intend to walk into town or unused to quite a demanding upward walk in such temperatures as we encountered I'd advise the use of the very cheap local taxi's or the hotel free shuttle service twice a day but aside from that I can't find any other possible fault with Perdikia and wouldn't hesitate in returning to the hotel and it's beautiful, scenic surroundings any time - in fact, next summer's looking very likely already!!!

My husband and I stayed at the Perdikia Hill Apartment, we had a great time and did not want to come home. The apartment are excellent and very clean, the staff are very helpful and really really friendly. You can get on the free shuttle bus provided my the hotel to the beach everyday at 10.30 and it wil pick you again at 16.00. Everyone we spoke to at the apartments were very impressed with the accomadation and the setting. A few nights we went to a local restaurant 5 minutes walk from the hotel, called the Aegean, which was excellent, lovely food, and a very friendly family who run the business .There is a steep hill, but the dolmus buses to Hisoranu are not too far away, and you can catch them every five minutes, they will stop for you anywhere along the road.It is also very easy to catch a taxi who's drivers are also very friendly.

I went to the Perdikia Hill Apartments in Ovacik and they were outstanding. I have been abroad 8 times and no others came anywhere near this one. They were new and the accommodation was amazing. You have a seperate bedroom, with lovely views, seperate kitchen and diner with living room. Double doors onto terrace, lovely. Terrace was quite big. The staff were excellent. The night time was a bit quiet at the bar but it had just opened so not many people knew about this accommodation at the time. Whoever sees this holiday review you should go to this Hotel. My fiance and I actually walked it to town which took 25 mins at a leisurely pace. It was lovely in the evenings.
Hisaronu was a great town to go and eat in, made a few friends there, the people in Turkey are great. The staff at our Hotel were lovely, always there to help you. Don't know what the food was like, because we never eaten there but looked ok.
Olu Deniz, just what can you say about it. It was beautiful, dramatic pine hills, gorgeous beach, it is long, the sea is clear and very clean and there are plenty of excursions to go on. Beware of some people giving you excursions, some can be rip offs. There are plenty of things to do in these resorts, and you probably need 2 weeks.
Again lovely Hotel, great Country!!!

The Perdikia Hill apart hotel is situated in a fabulous location, without it being in the centre of town there is easy access via bus or taxi to all the local resorts.
The accomodation was second to none, pristine bed linen and sparkling showers. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day by pleasant staff. The pool was excellent and due to the time of year that we visited never more than a handful of people in it. All the staff provided an excellent service nothing was too much trouble.
We travelled with my 15 year old son who we thought may have been a little bored of our company, but thanks to the staff that was never the case he enjoyed quite a few games of ping pong with them.
The views from our apart was excellent sea, mountains and gardens. The rooms have air conditioning this comes at a small cost but was reasonable as unlimited use. As I said earlier the hotel is situated on a hill and is a little difficult to get to when walking but for approx £4 a taxi could take you to your door from Hisaranou. Buses (Dolmus) are very regular about every 5 mins from the bottom of the hill. The hotel provides a free courtesy bus to and from the beach at Olu Deniz every day at around 10.30 returning at 4pm. I will certainly return to this hotel in the future.

6 of us have just spent a week in the Perdikia Hill apartments - absolutely first class! - Rooms, balconies, pool etc all excellent - enjoyed a few poolside lunches and joined the Steak night and Turkish night in the restuarant - lovely food and great entertainment - we will definitely be back - thanks to all the lovely staff who made us very welcome and were extremely helpful- we also had the opportunity to upgrade from self catering to half board at a very reasonable price
