Hotel and staff were first class in our opinion. There were a lot of mixed nationalities there and when myself and my wife arrived with our 12 year old son and 9 year old daughter and were unsure how we would be taken as most guests when we stayed were older. The room was very clean and tidy and the balcony huge which looked over a very picture postcard park auditorium, and pool. Food was always excellent even my fussy daughter had plenty. Evening entertainment was also first class and recommend the sexy swingers who helped make the evening pass by with laughter and dance. Although the language barrier with other residents was at times difficult we were soon laughing and dancing with the Spanish, dutch and belgium guests. A memorable stay. the room was always clean and tidy, and all staff went out of their way to help in any matters. Would recommend and use again.

We chose this hotel as the reviews were quite good, as was the price, nice staff, plain but very nice food, plenty of it and well cooked. Dutch and Spanish people in general but we like to mix with differant nationals, who were very plesant. If i have one gripe 16 euros to use the fridge in the room (never had that in a hotel before) I would have given it 9 if not for that. also if you want quiet this is not the hotel for you as the road was very noisy, but we did know that before hand.

Decent size rooms, cleaned everyday & clean towels provided daily. Bathrooms could do with a freshen-up.
Hotel is very clean, staff helpful & reception manned 24hrs.
Location of hotel is up a long slow hill from beach front, about 15min walk, but quiet enough area (unless concert on in auditorium).
Majority of other residents were elderly so very little noise at nights in the corridors.
Meals were ok, with seperate salad bar & 4 hot choices every night. Decent selection of sweets & fruit. Never made breakfast all week.
Pool can be in the shade during parts of the day, kiddies playground next door.
Taxi into main nightlife areas around 6 euros.
Would go back again.

my score of 3 is for cleanliness of the hotel and the reception staff were very friendly and helpfull. this hotel is defintatly not for young people we was the only 3 people under 45, which you can image we felt out of place and all the other guests which were mainly dutch stared at us, we only managed to find 1 couple which was british. the food was not very nice, sometimes cold, the meat especially the beef was not cooked in the middle and the desserts on offer every night was near enough the same. also the staff in the dining room were not very friendly i think only one lady acknoledged us and spoke. the rooms had very thin walls all we could hear was people talking or moving about, my blankets had cigarette burns in them and the clip that holds the shower head was broken and it actually fell on to my friends head. also we didnt get a very good view from the balcony all that we could see was an hospital in front of us and a supermarket.

Clean and friendly hotel on the edge of the old town ideal for both beaches.
Rooms were cleaned daily, bedding 3 times per week. Staff were friendly and helpful, if you are looking for a quiet holiday then I would recommend Prince Park.
I would definitely go back.

Our first holiday abroad. Great hotel and entertainment.
Food was delicious and so much of it.
Lots to do in Benidorm and surrounding area.
Beach gorgeous and the shops were very individual. Some lovely walks in the area.

Just back. Was pleasantly surprised by this place, it's a 10 min walk to the main square (if you take the correct street) although a taxi just 5 euro.
Food was not the best to be honest but depends how fussy you are. Supermarket 2 mins away walking.
Hotel was clean; maids came everyday. All in all not a bad hotel, would have no problem going back.

If you are expecting loads of Brits and lively entertainment, this hotel is definitely not for you!
Many Belgium and Spanish people frequent this hotel. However, saying that, I preferred the hotel to many others I have stayed in because due to the fact that many guests are elderly, you come back to a nice quiet hotel because they're all in bed!
We went to the square in Bendidorm every night, about 6 euros in a taxi, but don't expect the bar to be still open at 2am - the man on reception looked at us like we were mad.
Food fairly good - no food poisoning - would probably go back again

I was pleasantly surprised after reading several bad reviews. The hotel was clean rooms were big enough for 2 adults and a child.
The staff pleasant the food was good the pool area was a little on the small side my 11 year old grandson loved the animation staff who made every child feel welcome.
Yes it is quite a walk to the resort centre but a taxi is cheap all in all I would recommend it for families not for the young clubbers.

This was a family holiday for my family ageing from 3 years old to 65 years old. The Prince Park is a really lovely hotel.
Its 3+ star rating is well deserved. The staff here were very nice, especially the reception staff and the bar staff. As English guests we were definitely in the minority. The food was nice but got a little boring, and the location is in a quieter part of the resort, we didn’t mind this too much but would probably stay somewhere a little livelier if we came back to Benidorm, but that’s not to say we would never stay in the prince park again. Also the evening entertainment wasn’t much to get excited about.
However, Benidorm is a great family resort for people of all ages, and I would recommend it to anybody after a lively holiday in the sun with lots to see and do.
