Gloria Serenity Resort Hotel

After my holiday in Gloria Serenity, I really think that this hotel deserves a very positive review. Went there with my whole family (wife, daughter, grandma and grandpa) and all of us are more than satisfied. Hotel is brand new and it is composed of several "sections". We stayed in the main building which has "regular" hotel rooms in the right and left wing, with reception, lobby, restaurants and other common areas in the middle. We have just stayed at the Gloria Serenity for 1 week and it certainly was not long enough! The best holiday we have ever had! After spending many years travelling around the caribbean staying in 5 star resorts including Sandals we no longer feel; the need to travel so far. We spent 1 week in Gloria Serenity in Feb 2008. Great hotel with big and beautiful rooms and very nice surrounding area. We especially liked the service (particularly very friendly and efficient waiters!) and the fact that most visitors were golf players, so the whole day we more or less had all the bars, wellness rooms etc solely for us! I thought I had better give something back to this site and give a review. I have stayed in many of the hotels in Belek and have just come back from Serenity. The place is definately a step up from the other Gloria resorts and the rooms and hotel are top class but there was one big let down. the staff. Waiters forgetting to bring orders and drinks, not knowing the difference between coffee and cappachino and even one who spilt red wine on someone and did not even apologise. We ended up at the Gloria Serenity by default. We opted NOT to remain in our chosen hotel and so looked for something else. The Gloria is where we ended up. I am so glad we did! It is a grand place, classy and beautfully done. The main hotel area houses rooms, dining facilities (3 extra restaurants plus main one), spa and indoor pool, bars, entertainment area with bar, ten pin bowling and some arcade games (mainly for adults) and the main reception. My wife and I went for a week of golf immediately following New Year. This is one of the rare hotels we would consider returning to. I wont repeat the positive reviews to date from others, other than to echo the fact the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel seems very well designed and operated. A few tips - in January if the sun is not shining and the wind is blowing its cold, so bring plenty of layers, but if its sunny there are plenty of sun traps to sit outside in - do ask for a sea view room on the... more

This is one of the best vacation resorts I experienced. I certainly will go back. The hotel infrastructure is great, the food is excellent en the service good and friendly. It deserves all its five stars and is much better than the surrounding five stars hotels I have seen. All in formula includes dinner in the excellent a la carte restaurants, wines at 30 euro per bottle, expensive alcohols etc... Only champagne ans very expensive wines are extra. i am writing to pay back dues since i bennefited from the tripadvisor. the gloria serenity is a new all included resort. the rooms are excellent- with jacuzi, classy design, spacious. the sand beach great, so is the pool. it is not so much for children, even though one can go with the choldren to the neighbouring chain gloria hotels for free. it is for peace, quiet and getting spoilt. few restaurants-very good. the only annoying thing- the wooden suites one sees in the photos right on the beach are not included and expensive- maybe 50 euros... more

we stayed at the Gloria serenity for one week in august 2007. What can we say it was absolutely fabulous. We would say this hotel is really just for adults but we had our 12 year old and the Gloria Golf was just a few minutes walk up the beach which had great facilities for all. The food at the serenity was great,the al-a-carte restaurants were also lovely. The pool and the room were lovely,clean and spacious. Theres only one thing I would say the service at the bars were a touch to slow. This added to the relaxed mood of the hotel.... more

Fantastic new hotel. They just opened. It is the sister resort of the Gloria Golf, which is by itself a very good resort. The room as splendid: huge (min 50m2), with a jacuzzi bath, shower, etc. Full amenities. All the rooms have flat screen TV, DVD player, minibar.
