I’ve just arrived back home and I had to give a review for the best holiday EVER.
The hotel was fabulous with a huge amount of things to do and see. Children’s entertainment all day long, a shop, Spa and waterslides; there’s something for everyone.
A 5 minute walk to the beach and a great ride on a shuttle bus to the centre where the nightlife is great. Food is great both at the hotel and in Ali Babas restaurant which is across from the hotel; they have the best pasta, pizza and kebabs ever.
All in all I had the best time of my life in Alanya and I’m already booking for next year at the same hotel.
You have to go for the big blue experience.

Just had a 2 week stay at the Big Blue in Alanya in Turkey had a 18yr old 16 yr old and a 12yr old.
Not a lot of entertainment throughout the day, slides came on 3 times a day.
Food was ok but cooked more for the Germans and Turkish and Polish, not much for us British. Only saw fried eggs once in the 2 weeks.
Staff was very nice but our maid was in and out of our room even after she cleaned it, so if you stay in this hotel be careful is a high standard of cleaning, which is nice.
The waiters are ok but they don’t like the cats. Drinks stop after 11oclock then you have to pay. Worked out £4.20 for vodka lemonade, they were only letting us have the one drink each at 10.55pm any more you had to pay. Crap really.
After the first week we were ready to come home. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for teenagers at all, more for the young and the elderly looking to relax.
