We have recently returned from the Kaissa Beach.On arrival we were met by Jenny at 1.30 in the morning,she was very helpful and settled us in to our apartment.The apartment was typically Greek,it needed updating and brightening up.The water in the kitchen only trickled out... more

The pictures on the internet are fake, and are not taken from the blue sky apartments. Air con costs 7 euros a day, what a rip off. The general price of everything is more expensive than in england. The food is disgusting in gouves, do yourself a favour and go somewhere else, like Blackpool.

Not well run apartments, no hot water for full week, just as well it was 30 c most days no kettle , blind in bedroom did not open ,blind in kitchen did not close.The resort was nice would visit crete again. would not stay here .....Too many problems to mention .Advise you give it a miss.
