hi great location great food hotel brill staff friendly nothing too much bother hotel clean and tidy I would go back recomend this hotel to singles and familys cant find any fault .

We have just come back from this Hotel and I have not got a bad work to say about it, the rooms are clean and tidy, the food is very good and the service is top notch, the pool is good and their is plenty of sun beds and the best thing is that the staff only open the doors... more

Stayed for a week. Full board. Service was second to none. Older crowd. Not really suitable for children in my opinion. Rooms cleaned when you were not in (late risers) didn't matter the staff waited for you to leave the "Please clean the room" notice on the door. W I F I... more

We had a marvellous holiday here - full board for the price of half!
The only problem is we decided to start having lunches and ended up putting pounds on!
Entertainment/facilities/food excellent.
Only as I say don't book if you want to keep your waistline!

We what can ya say the place is just great, wonderful location in the heart of the levante end, cross one street to get to the beach and has its own cabaret lounge in the lower basement..We were full board and i must say the food choice was great all week never the same... more

Fantastic location/hotel to suit from mondeomadness
We got back last night and boy what a holiday! It was a three star hotel and you need to remember this when booking. Having said that it was top of three star standards. This hotel was in a fantastic location - close to the bars, clubs, shops and beach. Everything was so close but no noise heard at all. Myself and 3 other friends stayed in the Presidente Hotel for a week, we were so close to the bars, nightclubs but were not distrubed by any noise at night. The Hotel staff were so friendly and were always there to help what ever the enquiry and the food was excellent, I would certainly stay at this hotel again. Stayed in the hotel with two of my best friends. The hotel was absolutely perfect! Sooo clean, maids came every single day. food was fabulous and the waiters and waitresses in the restaraunt were soo lovely.. Great hotel in a great place from Nickelle
It was our first time to Benidorm and was very happy with our choice of hotel the Presidente. We arrived at 11.30pm and after checking in we were given a packed lunch. It was a clean hotel, the staff were friendly, it is in a central location and our room was cleaned every day. We stayed full board and the food was excellent for breakfast and lunch but we only had an evening meal twice and thought that we would rather go out for a better choice. Just returned from a 7 nights stay, and we found everything about this hotel was excellent, Location, room, food, (and I'm very fussy about what I eat!! ) They catered very well for guests like me, ( English food is only what I eat ) Being a bit disabled we had a room on the ground floor, and I found the hotel was very conveniently located, just a stone's throw from the huge variety of clubs so that I didn't have too much walking to do. Very nice hotel from glenvile
Just got back from staying at this hotel and would book to stay again, all the staff were so nice and had lots of laughs with the restaurant staff,my room was kept very clean and a good size,it had a hairdryer in the bathroom,also there was a washing machine and ironing board that you could use. We thought the food was very good with many choices. This hotel is in a great spot for the shops bars and nightclubs.i have stayed in a lot of the hotel in benidorm and as i said before i will return to this one. more

Our 4th visit to the Hotel Presidente and my 3rd favourable review for this 3* hotel. As on all our previous visits we found the hotel an efficient, well run, spotlessly clean hotel and it has a covered, heated swimming pool. Our week turned out to be one of the busiest of the year yet there were always excellent buffets at breakfast, lunch and dinner in a pleasant dining room efficiently attended to by Manager Fernando and his dining room and kitchen staff. I found the Presidente Hotel an ok 3 star hotel.Location for us was perhaps to near the club scene,and if you have a room facing the road be prepared for a noisy night.We had such a room for one night but changed the next day to a much quieter pool view,at extra cost.The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff efficient helpfull and polite.Food choice was plentifull,but hot dishes tended to be bland and not to appertising,Ithink this often occurs with hotels catering on mass.Found a great friendly karaoke bar run by a lovely couple just... more

We have just returned from a two week holiday at The Presidente Hotel. We could not fault the hotel. Carman our maid, kept the room spotless.The bar staff were excellent but Eva at reception was very uncoperative to our requests.eg; We had to ask every day for our sky tv to be connected all the other receptionists called out the engineer to fix it.Eva could not be bothered.
