Hotel Description:

The hotel is housed in the hold crown prison built in the early 19th century. In 1975 the prison was closed and in May 1989 the hotel was opened after a two years refurbishment. Since then this hotel has been renovated in 2001 and is now a modern 102 roomed hotel, full of character but with facilities up to modern standards. The old prison entrance hall has been converted in to the reception area, with a cafeteria open 24 hours a day. The hotel has a restaurant, a bar and a conference centre with 8 meeting and conference rooms.
