Langholmen Hotel

The hotel/hostel is an unusual place to stay as it is a converted prison, the internal parts have been kept to appear as a prison would look, the signs on the walls even say "to the cells!" as opposed to "to the rooms"
Me and my partner had to toss for who was having the top bunk! The rooms are plain and simple but each is en suite with a shower/toilet all clean very fresh and comfortable, there was a dressing table and a wardrobe.
The grounds were quite beautiful and the hostel was very central to the main heart of Stockholm.
The array of foods laid out for the buffet style breakfast is by far the best breakfast I have ever been offered, they catered quite literally for every taste, all the bacon, eggs you could eat, many various types of breads, cold meats, cereals, jams, fruits, fruit juices, patisseries, cereals, yoghurts.
This hostel comes highly recommended and is very unique!
