I stayed at the surtel, I returned 3weeks ago. What you see is what you get, value for money. You get what you pay for. Rooms were tidy even though the radio and fridge didn’t work, the TV was in Turkish, not helpful. Always hot water though, in fact it was so hot, you... more

This is the worst hotel we have been to, the food was vile but service not to bad. Manager and staff pathetic had no time for us, very ignorant, would not hold a conversation with us, very very dry. Rooms very basic television only in Turkish, radio and fridge did not work.... more
