This was as described. The accommodation was great and the owner couldn't have been more helpful and spoke good English.
She gave advice and arranged all our taxis. The hotel is just outside the main centre (10 mins) which meant it was quiet and you could walk off your dinner, there was even a small pub en-route!
Ski hire was nearby, as well as the ski lift but due to lack of snow (unusual) we taxied into Kitzbuhel each day (approx 20 Euros).
Wholeheartedly recommended.
