This hotel has nothing going on at all. boring, if you have children i would avoid this hotel after the six week holidays as it is dominated by the french & spanish along with the elderly. food pathetic, larger, vodka and other spirits are terrible. Best thing to do is... more

We had a short break at this hotel, it is about an hour on shuttle bus from the airport one of the last that we stopped at. Beautiful surroundings clean rooms, public areas and pools. Food is wonderful although not sure why chicken nuggets are on for breakfast! Waiting &... more

My friends and I stayed at the Palm Beach hotel in April for the Benidorm Darts Open. The hotel is kept very clean and easy to negotiate. The staff were very polite and helpful. There are only 3 lifts but I never had to wait too long for one, my room was on the 9th floor.... more

Just got back from a long weekend at Palm Beach and the hotel is fantastic. Everything was absolutely spot on with the rooms cleaned daily including the change of sheets and towels every day. I expected the food to be average with it being buffet style, not the case at all.... more

we went to benidorm in may 2006 for a hen weekend, there was 18 of us between 17 and 65 hotel was brilliant, rooms very clean and we had views over swimming pool food and service was excellent we could not fault this at all good bus service from hotel to beachfront which i must say beach was very nice, lots of bars and clubs although i will say clubs were at other end of town about 15 mins walk do try pub down hill from back entrance fantastic entertainment for all ages 2 or 3 cabaret acts most nights would we go... more

Stayed at this hotel with my partner and my 2 yr old daughter. The Hotel itself is beautiful and decor is up to a very high standard, our room was airy and spacious and looked onto the front of the hotel including the pool. The room was fully air conditioned with controls in your room, bathroom well stocked with essential items and also mini bar stocked but is a little pricey. In our party there were 8 adults, and we all had a fab stay at the palm beach hotel. We lounged around the pool all day and in the evening went into the centre. The meals were varied and catered for every taste, with a choice of a variety of meats, fish and pasta dishes, as well has a well stocked salad and dessert bar. My partner and I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Palm beach Hotel in Benidorm. To say we were disappointed with the hotel would be an understatement. When we walked into our room on the second floor we were overcome by the stench of stale tobacco, the roof of the foyer was directly below our balcony and this was strewn with litter including cigarette ends. Enjoyed the hotel as it was a really cheap deal, however the building work at the back was fairly noisy(especially if you had a late night)as a digger started early morning and carried on for much of the day. Enjoyed the food and plenty of choice, and most of the staff were quite pleasant. We booked a break at very late notice and were delighted. The room was fine and the communal areas of the hotel were very well decorated. It is up a hill but the views were really good and all the balconies face the swimming pool and sea. I was very pleased it wasn't right in the centre of town, which would be very noisy even in low season.
