I went for my 18th birthday there, bar men are the best !!! Best entertainer that ive ever met, shes lovely kind and caring...foood was out of this world,downside about it is that i put on 4lb in weight!but thats down to the gorgeous foood i had eaten! defffiently recomend it :-)

l have just spent 10 days at this hotel 2/4/10 to 01/05/10 the hotel was very clean the food was great with a great choice of food l found the hotel staff very good from the cleaner to the chef. bar staff did a great job and no one was waiting for long to get a drink .... more

Had a week at the Sandos Monaco from 20 Feb. First impressions were good, we arrived at midday and as the rooms weren't quite ready reception informed us to go and have a drink and lunch. As it was sunny we sat on the terrace and had a drink then had lunch - a good variety of hot and cold dishes. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Two 3/4 size beds, large plasm tv on the wall, modern. spacious bathroom with hairdryer and heated towel rail (and toiletries) large fridge and balcony which again was spacious. Just back from a three night break at the monaco.... Location was fantasic short five min stroll to the gorgeous beach. Food was good always found something we liked.. Bar staff seemed a bit stressed at first but if your pleasant to them they soon cheer up!!!! nice manners always get a smile!!!!! WE went in the spa which was 10 euro's each for two hours, it was a wonderful experience very relaxing. We would go back to the Monaco without a doubt..... Loved it...... more

stayed for 3 nights, and I would say it is the best by far, hotel in Benidorm, the rooms were stunning, the reception and the lounge the same, the tv in the rooms had sky news and 3 true movie channels which were adequate, on arrival had the usual soap, shampoo, combs etc. there is a fridge which is free to use, very comfortable double beds, and wonderful subtle lighting, the balconies were great, a good size which comfortable chairs, not the usual plastic rubbish that most hotels offer. Have just returned from a 4 day stay at the Monaco hotel. We were relieved when we got dropped off at this hotel as it looked superior to any of the other hotels we had stopped off at. As we walked into the reception area I could tell we had made a good choice., We got our wrist bands straight away and managed to get our rooms by 1pm. We had requested 2 rooms together on a lower floor and managed to get rooms 309 and 310 on the 3rd floor. We booked this hotel as a 5* All-Inclusive Resort and Spa vacation and were sorely disappointed. We arrived late to the hotel our first night, missing out on food or drinks but were greeting by the only staff member to smile at us throughout our entire stay. We were awoken abruptly the next morning when the maid came barging into our room at 10am, only to later lecture me for not putting the sign the right way. Went to Monaco for 3 day break from 29th Jan, hotel looks stunning from outside, situated a few blocks along from "the square", no noise but nice 10 min stroll to get to all central pubs & bars. About 10 min stroll to beach, entertainment was ok in hotel, typical spanish singers, kareoke, bit of a disco, Miss/ Mr Monaco, quizzes and bingo. Drinks very very strong, so be careful, premium drinks available for small charge.
