I went for my 18th birthday there, bar men are the best !!! Best entertainer that ive ever met, shes lovely kind and caring...foood was out of this world,downside about it is that i put on 4lb in weight!but thats down to the gorgeous foood i had eaten! defffiently recomend it :-)

just come back after staying for a long weekend with the girls. Fantastic hotel, clean and modern. Good selection of food and drink. Would definately stay again.

good standard of hotel , i would give the food a 3star rating good steak pie, very large smart rooms , large bathrooms , poor entertainment in the hotel, give the parrot show a miss for deff , hotel only 5 mins from the beach & only 5/10 mins max from the night life , so you can get a good nights sleep , reception staff very helpful , bar staff pritty dull ,except if you tip them you might get a smile , small pool area you would need to be up at 5am in july / august time to get a bed round it , all in all it is a very smart hotel for benidorm , would deff use this hotel again ,

I went to this hotel with my husband and i have to say it s the resort more for older people! (we are in our mid 30th). The hotel is good, rooms are clean, spacy, the staff is helpfull. The food i would say more like 3 star hotel, some time plain and tasteless. But for the price you pay you cant wish for better!!
But for us it was the first and last time when we went to Benidorm! A lot of horrible drunk english people, who wear a lot of gold!

had a lovely time, rooms excellent stayed in benidorm 6 times best for cleanliness and space, nice comfy chairs in reception and foyer, food varied this i feel let it down sum times needed warming up, good puddings,,, water one euro, drinks good measures, and all the staff friendly all nice esp the reception had to deal with ash cancelled flights, all gud would return met sum fantastic people, shows at night dodgy,

l have just spent 10 days at this hotel 2/4/10 to 01/05/10
the hotel was very clean the food was great with a great choice of food l found the hotel staff very good from the cleaner to the chef. bar staff did a great job and no one was waiting for long to get a drink . there was plenty of room on the terrace and around the pool with plenty of sun beds it was great not having to go put your towel out to ensure a place in the sun
my concerns are has follows
1. not sure if they could mantain this high standard if hotel was full
2, not sure if there would be enought room around pool if hotel was full
3 the hotel needs to look at the entertainer chap has quite a few people agreed with me he was a very sad chap
if he smiled we must have missed it
4 needs to improve night entertainment
but really the holiday was made brilliant because of the high standard at hotel

We have just come back from sandos, we thought it was very clean and rooms were big, double bed each and 32" lcd tv, mini fridge, hairdryer. The breakfast was the best we had ever recieved in and AI hotel. The pool i thought was a let down due to size and location. Would of been nice to have tea/coffee in your room. On a good note evening bar you were served glasses instead of the plasic cups. Nice walk to new and old town, beaches were good and clean, plenty of night life going on if you like it. Would say tho that the hotel was mainly for the spanish guests which some of them were very rude and didn't hear of a queue. But all in a good hotel for a nice quick break, enjoy!!!!

went to the sandos monaco march this year fab hotel ]food excellent spotless clean good friendly staff location good excellent for people with walking problems we had a great time so good when we came back booked another week straight away .we have been going to benidorm twice a year from 1971.and this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in .

Me and my wife arrived on the 10th April for 1 weeks holiday.
The hotel has recently been refurdished and everything was clean and new. The hotel was in a good location 5-10mins walk from the old town and 10-15mins to the new town.
All the staff were helpful and friendly enough.
In our opinion the hotel should be not be classed as 4* but as a good 3*. The reasons for this are 1.The night entertainment was a bit poor unless you like karaoke, bingo, and Spanish singers. 2.The food was ok, not too much choice but we could always find something we liked 3. You have to pay to go into the spa and gym.
The positive sides are 1.Rooms are big, modern, cleaned every day and they must have put extra soundproofing in because you heared hardly any noise from next door. 2.Each room has a 32" digital flat screen telly with at least 2 English true movie channels on. 3.The drinks are the best we have had in any hotel {payed or unpayed} we have been to in Benidorm, even the whiskey is Whyte & Mackay, so be careful if you think it is normal weak all inclusive booze.
All in all we would definitely go back if we got a decent deal.
We booked the holiday with Thomas Cook which I cannot praise highly enough. They kept us in the same room and on the same all inclusive deal for an extra 5 days because of the volcanic ash cloud until we could fly home.
Some of other tour operators sent people to other downgraded hotels but we remained all inclusive.

this hotel is excellent,the staff are very friendly,the food is very good,the drink on offer is as good as ours,the rooms are huge and hold two three quarter size beds,and each have a lovely bathroom,the entertainment although not the best, we found it ok,and the nightly cash bingo was good to look forward to with house prizes one hundred euros plus,the lad who deals with it and the daily competitions couldnt be nicer.we will return,honest
