The hotel is old. Apart from MOMO the daily entertainment worker the place is full of germs as a large amount of people found out. We were ill. The food is all fat, so take your SIMVASTAINS.I will say no more. Find out for your-self if you dare. However, the weather was good for the time of year.

we have just got back from 2 weeks at fiesta flora, and have to say we have had one of the best holidays ever! the staff were very friendly and polite, the rooms were kept immaculate every day with beds being made and towels changed. the animation team were the best i have ever seen , they had a mini club twice a day for the children which lasted a couple of hours each session, and it was free, they also had a mini disco for an hour at night where they taught all the kids dances, Roberto had so much energy and patience he was absolutely fantastic with the children,Miriam was more on the adult side and was a great laugh. each night after the mini disco there was a game of bingo which most nights the prize was over 300 euro s on our last night it was 378 euro s , The food catered for all tastes there was always something for the kids like pizza , chips fish fingers and lots of steak , pork chops paella etc.etc..The lido across the road was absolutely stunning free entry for guests of fiesta floral however you did need to buy drinks here, but so much more space plenty of beds which the hotel pool seemed to run out of. the only complaint i would have is that the hotel shop sells inflatables for the pool but the lifeguard will not let you use them. Overall we had the best time and the effort that all the staff put in made it a truly amazing holiday. we would not hesitate recommending or returning to this hotel x x

- Advice: area is slightly out of it but titsa buses come often and are cheap about 15 minutes to Las Americas but if you can hire a car do it through hotel they are cheapest and explore the island , more to it than you think! some stunning places to see

Lifts are too slow, food is great entertainment is good if you can actually get in the room, the cleaners are great, theres no shops with in walking distance and its not very disabled friendly as my mum found it hard and everyone we spoke to in the hotel said never again there is too much noise at night personaly not very good place also the picture of the pool in the brotcher and on the internet is not the pool that is shown that is across the road and there are far too many steps and you have to pay for food drinks and a brolly even if your all inclusive we went down there and never again.

Just returned from a 10 night stay. Our kids (aged 10-13) loved it - we hardly ever saw them. The Hotel could benefit from a make over but it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We stayed in a junior suite which was fine for the 5 of us with a good size bathroom.
The food was fantastic, loads of salads, hot dishes, pizza's, burgers, nuggets, hot dogs, fish dishes etc. Kitchen staff constantley replenishing and maintaining presentation of food. Snacks available all day ranging from sandwiches, biscuits, fruit, ice cream, ice lollies to hot food including chips, hot dogs and burgers.
Pool area could do with being a bit bigger but you do have free entrance to the Lido, which is just down a slope at the side of the hotel and the hotel pool only opened at 9am so nobody was up at 'stupid o'clock' putting towels out.
Entertainment was the usual mix of daytime activities and a 2 week programme at night.
Staff were friendly.
Would we go back? - Definately!

Me and my boyfriend went to the parisio floral for easter break 2011,We went all inclusive and could not fault the food at all! the staff were very freindly and chatty towards you, the entertainment is on a 2 week programme and has something for everybody init. All in all the holiday was brilliant and we are looking to back again sometime this year. They are only 3 things that i could fault about the hotel and that is the hotel is a little bit dated and 70's looking and that the lifts are very wobbily and scary at times and that the location is a little bit roural, but their is a bus that goes into playa de las americas and los christianos that is bang outside the hotel, and around the hotel there is a few shops a mini dated arcade and a chiniese restuart,There is no beach that we found but we didnt venture that far but the lido pool is very nice which you get in for free. i would definatly reccoment for a weeks break.

You get what you pay for, I'm not normally one to moan. Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, we are 22 and 24 with another couple same ages. We were after a nice quiet week away.
Remembering this is a 3 star hotel, it was a good get away holiday. I think the hotel was very dated, you had to wait a while for the lifts, which broke a few times during the week, but were never out of order. The room itself was very clean, cleaners were brilliant.
The food was quite repetative, sometimes quite random, and not very often hot enough. English breakfast, cereal every morning. I wouldnt say the food was great but was ok for 3 star.
The evening entertainment was good on a few nights, but we struggled to get seats as people got seats from as early as 8 for the kids show, adults shows didnt start until 10. This is quite long to wait just to get a seat.
We never went to the hotel pool so I can't comment on this, but we went to the lido pool down the road most days which was free for us being all inclusive in this hotel. This was good and quiet, as all the families were around the hotel pool.
The one day we went to siam water park which was brilliant, but they made us chuck all our packed food away after we paid to get in. The resturant was very expensive. 26 euros for 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 waters. But other than this it was brilliant day! I'd certainly recommend doing this.
This hotel is more of a family hotel, so it will be brilliant for them, but not something we'd do again. Everyone very friendly, reception and bar staff especially were fantastic, if you sat at the bar and were getting low on your pint, he'd re-fill it before you noticed. Over all it was ok for 3 star.

We have just got back from a weeks stay and I can honestly say that this hotel is great. Was travelling with my best friend and my 2 children and a great time was had by all. Room was huge and spotlessley clean, as was the rest of hotel, food was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. The evening entertainment was funny, we had just arrived and was stood at bar waiting to be served and i turned around and my son was topless as 4 different women has to collect as many shirts as possible! the weather was glorious and really didnt want to come home. In fact that we are going to First Choice to book for the same time next year

We stayed here at the Paraiso Floral on an all inclusive basis.
Although the picture in the brochure is quite deceiving as it shows a beach but this is not the case its actually a swimming pool called the 'Lido' which you can use we had a wonderful time.
The staff were very helpful, all spoke some english.
The rooms were clean and spacious, they were cleaned daily and your beds made for you, fresh towels also daily.
The food was excellent, a wide choice daily including a full english breakfast. Local wines and beers available all day and soft drinks if you prefer. There was entertainment every day & night if you wanted to go. We would recommend this hotel. We had a lovely time for the 2 weeks we were there.
The resort is quiet with not many shops around but its a very easy, cheap & short bus ride into Las Americas.

Very disappointed with our trip to this place. Hotel is very dated and in need of refurb, although the housekeepers keep the place very clean. Rooms are large, basic and a bit tatty. Lifts inadequate and often dirty. Hotel is high rise, concrete, 1960's soviet style, noisy from both corridors and other rooms, also from bar across road playing loud music til gone 3 am.
Food not brilliant, although there's plenty of it, and they will not attempt to cater for special diets. Will not even help in finding out which foods are gluten free (my husband is a coeliac). Dining area incredibly busy, you need to "bag" a table before getting food. Entertainment about 3rd class club type acts. Bar area in reception resembles a waiting room. Did't use pool area. Main bar packed and again like a social club. I'm surprised that it rates 3 stars.
There is nothing at all to recommend Playa Paraiso, we like quiet resorts but this place is dead on its feet. Empty shops and bars, half-built apartment complexes, very few bars or restaurants (none at all on the seafront)
If you like to lay by the pool and spend evenings in the hotel, then maybe this could do for you if price is cheap enough. If you like to actually feel you are in the Canaries, have a drink or a meal al fresco and enjoy a stroll around this is just about the worst place. We are only glad that we did'nt book a fortnight. Spent a fortune on day trips to escape the place.
