Great hotel.

perfect location, very good food.

Fantastic staff.

Simple hotel and overall great value for money

will be going back in September.

Myself,my wife and daughter have just spent a week at this hotel and found our stay very enjoyable. Ok you have to pay for some of the facilities that are on offer when you are at some all inclusive hotels,like the pool table and internet , but we have just spent a week in this hotel during half term for around a thousand pounds. I have spent twice that amount in the past and not got such a good deal. Lets be honest . The rooms are small and basic but are cleaned every day with fresh towels and bedding. Ok Gadget is not the best entertainer in the world but he spends the day going around the pool getting to know everyone which i think is the best thing about smaller hotels cos they are more friendly. The other staff are fantastic and can not do enough for you. The area around the pool is great and the views of the mountains and paragliders are great not like Spain where all you can see is other hotels. All i will say is if you want to pay a couple of grand and get to play pool and have an unlimited amount of junk food for free then this is not the hotel for you. But if you want a good value holiday with a taste of Turkish culture with the excellent food and a great location then this place is for you.

Salhi very proud man, great chef, wide variety of food, don't understand others saying food was not of a good standard. place was cleaned every night. bar was always clean

jemma, lovely girl, great with your teenage daughters, takes them out to discos and so forth. only thing i suggest is hotel manager needs to invest in another 20+ sunloungers. only people i heard being rude and complaining were British. I would reccomend this hotel to anybody who wants a great holiday. good food and nice staff. SUPERB. A+++++ thanks to all the staff there in july.

Hotel was Nothing special Rooms on internet are in the one new block. Maids did a great job cleaning the rooms . Just dont look at the mouldy bathroom or peeling paint on the ceiling!

Gadget who suppose to be the entertainer did nothing unless you wanted to buy some of his dodgy dvds or perfume. Actually had a stand up argument with him over the fact that during the evening meal they kept showing 18 rated films - totally unsuitable for family viewing (you explain to a 6 year old why a boy has had his hands chopped off!)

Only had 1 pool game in the whole week that lasted 20 mins. Same again second week.

Towels were being put on beds at 12 the night before,this showed that pool area was not being washed down as we were clearing glasses etc from the night before. Daughter coming out of childrens pool with green slime under her toe nails!

Evening entertainment non existent - meant to be something every night at 10pm - didn't happen. Asked Gadget (the great entertainer) if some childrens music etc could be played after dinner at 9pm - ended up having another row !

The bar which was the same one for the day as the evening was still swimming in filthy water by the time you came down dressed ready for the evening . Dont wear a long dress!

Food was awful if you wanted something hot, salad selection good. Any snacks or ice creams etc had to be paid for - if you did buy something the quality was much better.

Hygeine of the chefs was unbelieveable, watched evening chef put his hand in the middle of the chips (again) when a guest complained they were cold - then watched morning chef tip back his uneaten ones into the tray and carry on serving!

Only plus point is the location of hotel which is excellent with lovely beach only 2 mins away, blue lagoon not that special but the private beach bars have the best beaches and free transport and are not pushy about you buying drinks etc.

Only had a good holiday thanks to people we met.

Will never be returning to the Akdeniz beach

just had a week in this hotel,very disappointed with it,it was rather dirty! not alot of cleaning being done,pool was grubby round edges,beds werent washed down neither was pool area,toilets had no handwash for 2 days even though we had asked,pooh around the seats and up the walls,hygiene at the food area was disgusting,left over food in trays,tablecloths grubby,all in need of a good scrub,choice of food was very basic,not alot of choice for breakfast,they offered chips!! no snacks throughout the day or ice creams you had to pay.found the staff very young and there was no repore between them and the guests,hardly had no entertainment in the daytime and not much in the evening too,there was sign up saying you could only get one drink at a time,our rooms were very basic,bathrooms were old and grubby,maid did come in but never really washed down.comment book was taken away after 2 days,hotel rep wasnt that great! was made to feel like i was the only one to complain. the only good thing was the situation of hotel was close to beach,wouldnt go back they need a good sorting out!!!!

Just returned from a week at the Akdeniz Beach Hotel, had a great time .The beach is 2mins away, and you can watch the paragliders flying over your Hotel pool .The hotel was very clean, Towels changed daily, pool was spotless,and kept that way daily, staff were very friendly and worked hard at keeping the hotel clean and the customers happy. food was a bit repetative but ok, Olu Deniz Beach is something to be seen.. recomend the views if you do the paragliding... AMAZING.

spent nearly three weeks here. could not fault the staff they are all great .room was always clean and bedding changed daily. great atmosphere with all ages having a good time. the only moan is could do with more sunbeds and the food was good but a bit repetitive so we ate out now and again which is no bad thing as plenty of choice. great location right near beach. special mention for gemma and adi behind the bar. would definately return if ursel is still managing.

just got back from a week at this hotel i didnt think it was brilliant, the entrance is awful i was so upset it was my hotel! than the room was horrible very dated but clean, not very safe hotel for children at all, especially for childen that have started to walk to about 5 years old the food is discusting we didnt eat it we ate out for breakfast lunch and dinner. there was nothing for my 2 yaer old to eat all she ate was ice lollys which are not free nor are the snacks which is a compleate joke when you pay for all inclusive the bar dose not open till 10 and free drinks stop at 11. entertainment is very bad gadget is very bad thats the entertainment he can be found very rude and annoying when you arrive untill u get to know him a bit better, food eating out was rubbish to turkey is now very expensive will never go back to hotel but ill give that it was very clean but didnt get our room cleaned for two days when i have child in nappies. oh and when you get ice cream out fridge all melted and no cows milk it just gets better ......

I have just returned from the Akdeniz beach and could not find fault with it at all. I have been going to the Hisaronu/Ovacik area for several years with friends but this was the first time we have stayed in Olu Deniz.

I had read the reviews from last year but was not worried about staying there at all – having stayed at hotels run by the same manager and entertainment team before I was confident that the Akdeniz would be run in the same professional efficient manner and the positive reviews would soon replace those less positive ones of last year.

We had a fantastic welcome to the hotel and immediately felt at home despite it being our first time of staying there. Ati and Jemma are fantastic additions to the team, they both work very hard and could not do enough for us. AI bar open from 10am to 11pm and the measures are very generous!

The food was lovely as always, the waiting staff and the chefs headed up by “Super Mario” were super efficient and very friendly. Pool and surrounding area kept very clean as were the rooms with regular bedding and towel changes. Reception very efficient too, a couple of times we called for something and it was delivered within minutes.

The a-la-carte restaurant is worth a mention too – hotel guests get a 20% discount – food and service was very good – the garlic mushrooms went down very well….sorry Gadget, you shouldn’t have left them with us and expect them to still be there when you return!!

Hotel located in a great position – only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, a little further if you want to try the blue lagoon.

Olu Deniz is a lovely place, very pretty – well worth a visit as is the Akdeniz Beach which is fantastic value for money and full of friendly, hard working people. Thanks for a fab holiday guys – see you next year if not before!!
