This is not a luxury villa as stated.On the inside it was dated and there was a number of problems. The agent was contacted but didnt help much. I list some of the areas for concen;the fusebox repeatedly overheated and caused the fusebox to "blow" a couple of times a night.The washing machine didnt spin the clothes well enough,the came out dripping wet and there was little drying area ,enough space two peoples clothes.Kitchen utensils were in a poor state,two of the pans handles were very loose and close to coming off.Chopping boards were badly worn and needed replaced.Some of the beds were extremely uncomfortable and all the pillows needed replacing.The pool was not clean enough,complained twice after two family memebers suffered ear infections,also loose tiles in pool.Villa was not cleaned often enough,was cleaned prior to arrival and only the toilets cleaned after that.Very dissapointed after spending £5000+ for two weeks holiday at this villa.

What a beautiful villa, the pool was fantastic a really good size, All the rooms were big and spacious and well equipped theres 1 double room with air con and a en-suite , 2 twin rooms with a bathroom between the rooms and the 4th bedroom is a childs room as the beds were shorter and smaller theres also a showeroom next to to that!
The living area was split level with 2 sofas 'downstairs' and a huge tele not many english channels but my son found the disney channel so was happy!! They also had a dvd player and cd stereo. The kitchen was huge and you name it they had it!! Microwave, fridge freezer, icemaker, coffee maker, juicer, the list goes on! In the utlility room they had a washing machine and iron and board! the door leading from the kitchen leads to a really nice BBQ terrace with cooking surface and sink! theres also 2 other terraces leading from the bedroom corridor and they lead down to the pool, there were more than enough sunbeds and chairs for us all!
It was about and 5-10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket and a further 10 minutes to the beach, theres a bus station within a 5 minute walk and the main 'strip' with restaurants and bars etc about 10 minutes walk we found it quite dimly lit on the walk back at night and is on a very very slight slope but was only 3euros in a taxi!
The resort itself was lovely and the Pizzeria Grill was fantastic the food was great! And the weather could be faulted it was in the 90's every day!!!
All in all a Stunning villa and i would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing home from home holiday! There were 6adults and 2 children in our party and more than enough space for everybody!!!

What can I say, this villa was everything you could need and more. We travelled as a party of 7, and had enough room that we were not tripping over each other.
All 4 bedrooms were spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge was fantastic, as was the kitchen which had all home comforts.
Pool and outside space was also great, with loads of room for sunbeds and for the kids to play (although the tiles get very hot, so shoes a must). There are two terrace eating areas, big enough for 8 at each, and a further 3 smaller tables dotted around the pool and terrace areas.
Only downside (and is just for the sake of giving a complete view) is that there was only air-con in the lounge and master bedroom. It would have been great had there been air-con throughout.
Playa Blanca has loads of choice for dining out, and plenty of shops for souvenirs.
I would absolutely recommend both the villa and resort.
