This hotel is fantastic! The whole complex is spotlessly clean and the staff really do go out of their way to assist you. The food is great, a wide variety to choose from every night, plenty for the kids, loads of fruit and salads etc…The waiters seem to love serving drinks and are continuously asking if everything is okay etc. The rooms are cleaned every day and beds changed, new towels etc. The complex is very large and there is always sunbeds available around the many pools. If there was one down side I would say the kids club wasn’t great as the ladies/girls that run it didn’t seem to make much effort, the kids are just left to amuse themselves most of the time. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely go back there myself.

13 of us (7 adults & 6 children) have just returned from a family holiday staying at this hotel which was brillant. At first the hotel surroundings look a bit like a maze, but after a day or so you soon get your bearings. The reception area is very spacious and spotless, we were allocated 5 family rooms which consisted of 2 rooms, 1 king size bed in one room and 2 singles in the other, bathroom with a huge shower, plus balcony. The bed linen was changed every day regardless and the towels changed as/when you wanted. The cleaners are all male and like to practise the 'towel sculptures' which they leave on your bed (a small tip does encourage them though !) The food was excellent, they have a different country theme most nights and the selection of food for breakfast, lunch or dinner was amazing. They have a beach party twice a week, weather permitting, which is good fun although once you've done one, you've done them all, the evening enertainment is nothing to get excited about although the 'twirly skirt' man was amzing !!. We liked to chill out at the blue bar at the end of a long hard day sunbatching before dinner. Get your free bottles of water from the indoor bar near reception because these are not available from the poolside bar. The staff are very attentive and cant do enough for you, they rely on their tips because of the low wages (£60/month for a professional job / IE receptionist !!) so we made sure we tipped the bar/waiting staff and the beach/towel guy who all looked after us. We all went into Naama Bay one evening, the mini bus was £15 return so make sure you agree a price first if you need a taxi. Naama Bay is a must and we did not get too much hassle whilst there. All in all a great holiday, weather was brill, although quite hot for this time of year (37 in the shade !!) (the red sea cruise is a must also !!) Take English money with you because they prefer sterling or dollar if you have it.

Just arrived back to the Uk after staying for two weeks at the Jaz Mirabel Club. As a family of four, we all had a wonderful restful holiday with fourteen days of pure sunshine and relaxation.
The hotel was great with the staff bending over backwards to accomodate you. The food was excellent and varied everynight.
The facilities with the complex...the Mirabel Park and Beach were second to none.
I would return, without any doubt to this hotel, possibly staying at the Beach Hotel as its closer to the beach.
Highly recommended!

Stayed here for one week with a friend. On arrival at airport told my friend to beware of men grabbing cases but we were very lucky as we were left alone. Be prepared for long queues when waiting to go through passport control.
Check in was very quick and we just had to hand over passports to be photo copied and then fill in form. our luggage was bought up to our room within a minute of us getting in. Room had pool view and sea view which was lovely. Two twin beds with large bathroom with bath and shower. oh and a phone in there why i dont know.
There was a large
dining area up stairs from the reception which had good food, breakfast had choice of cereal, fried eggs, omelettes, pancakes with the most beautiful bread rolls you could ever wish for. lunch was great with choice of salads, meat and fish or pasta with sauces. great cakes too. dinner was very similar to lunch with stews and rice dishes. waiters were good, clearing away as soon as plate empty.
Drinks were ok but then again we dont really drink. had lots of cocktails though.
There were 2 pools, larger one very cold but other one was too warm. Just a short stroll down to beach where there was a jetty to go snorking. sea a bit cold but one in ok. you can hire snorkling gear if you dont have your own.
The pool side attendants were of the best. We used to go on the balcony and whistle them and they would wave and put our beds and towels out right away. they always put the english one side of the pool and russians and italians the other.
This has got to be one of the cleanest hotels ive ever been in, there were cleaners about all day.
Great staff, great food, great place. will go back defenitly

First day back after a 7 day break with my partner. The hotel is great, well laid out grounds with lots of space and good clean pools. The all-inclusive deal is good and does lend itself to lots of over-eating if you are not careful. The selections available at the buffets for each main meal where good overall with a set of "staples" with some daily variation.
Rooms very well kept just marred by the occasional "whiffy" drain in the walk in shower.
Waiters and other staff excellent value, entertaining and attentive.
Waterslides excellent fun!!! A reasonable spa experience, and a compact gym
Only negative was some incidences of towel theft - where some "international incidents" nearly occurred with some inhabitants of former members of the USSR!!!
Overall its a great place to get some well earned rest, eat and drink lots and soak up the sun. It was pretty warm at the end of March so it is anyones guess how bearable it would be in really summer!!

JUST BACK FROM THE MIRABEL BEACH AND OUR FIRST TRIP ALL INCLUSIVE.WE HAD A FANTASTIC TIME HERE AND WOULD DEFINITELY GO BACK.WE DIDNT HAVE ANY KIDS TO WORRY ABOUT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER SO WE WERE ABLE TO RELAX AND CHILL OUT WHICH WAS EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED.ON ARRIVAL WE WERE GIVEN A WELCOME DRINK FOLLOWED BY A MAP TO FIND OUR ROOM.WE THEN REALISED HOW BIG THIS PLACE WAS,IT TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES TO FIND OUR ROOM AND I THINK THEY SHOULD ESCORT YOU AS THE NUMBERS DONT SEEM IN SEQUENCE.WE HAD ROOM 2264 WHICH WAS LOVELY AND SPACIOUS WITH A LARGE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE BEACH,THE ONLY DOWNSIDE HERE WAS THAT IT DIDNT GET THE SUN AT ALL BUT FOR SOME PEOPLE THEY MIGHT PREFER THAT.THERE IS A MINI BAR IN THE ROOM BUT IT IS CHARGEABLE,WE USED IT DAILY AND THE BILL FOR ONE WEEK WAS 450 EGYPTIAN POUNDS - £45 STERLING.I DONT KNOW WHY WE BOTHERED TAKING EGYPTIAN MONEY BECAUSE THEY WOULD RATHER HAVE STERLING ANYWAY.MY TOP TIP WOULD BE TO TAKE APPROX 20 £1 COINS AND SOME TEN POUND NOTES.WE TIPPED TEN POUNDS TO A HEAD WAITER AND WERE TREATED LIKE ROYALTY FOR THE REST OF OUR STAY.THE FOOD HERE IS LOVELY,PLENTY TO CHOOSE FROM AND VERY FRESH.WE DID NOT HAVE UPSET STOMACH AT ALL SO THAT WAS A PLUS FOR US AS THE OTHER REVIEWS MADE IT SOUND INEVITABLE THAT WE WOULD HAVE.WE DID THE CITY TOUR WHICH BASICALLY IS SHOPPING AT THE OLD MARKET AND THEN IN NAAMA BAY WITH A STOP AT A MOSQUE AND SUNSET POINT,WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS TRIP UNLESS YOU LIKE HAGGLING FOR A LOAD OF OLD TAT.NEXT TRIP WAS NAAMA BY NIGHT WHICH WAS ON A SATURDAY,THIS WAS A MEAL IN A FLOATING RESTAURANT WITH DANCERS TO ENTERTAIN YOU.LOVELY SETTING,FISH SWIMMING UNDERNEATH YOU,FOOD GREAT BUT DANCERS ABSOLUTELY CRAP.WE THOUGHT BOTH TRIPS WERE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND WISH WE HAD OPTED FOR THE PYRAMIDS INSTEAD.THIS COSTS £155 EACH BY AIR AND YOU MAY AS WELL DO IT AS THERES NOTHING ELSE TO SPEND YOUR MONEY ON.THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT IS VERY LOW KEY HOWEVER THIS DID NOT SPOIL OUR HOLIDAY AS WE WANTED A COMPLETE REST FROM EVERYDAY LIFE AND THATS WHAT WE GOT.IF YOU WANT A DAILY PAPER IT WILL BE 2 DAYS OLD AND COST YOU £5. YOU GET THIS FROM THE PAPER SELLER ON THE BEACH AROUND 1PM.CIGARETTES ARE £1 A PACKET IN THE SHOPPING ARCADE LOCATED BENEATH THE RESTAURANTS.YOU CAN ONLY BRING BACK 200 PER PERSON OR TAKE A CHANCE LIKE WE DID.WE WOULD DEFINTELY GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND ANYONE WHO CONSIDERING BOOKING SHOULD GO FOR IT.THE REASON I GAVE IT A 9 AND NOT A 10 IS THIS-THERE ARE NO TEA MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOM AND WE BRITS NEED A CUPPA AND ALSO THE MINI BAR IS CHARGEABLE,WHY SHOULD YOU PAY EXTRA WHEN YOU ARE ALL INCLUSIVE? FINALLY THE AIRPORT IS NOT AS BAD AS PEOPLE MAKE OUT,YES THERE ARE QUEUES EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK BUT THINGS DO MOVE SURPRISINGLY QUICKLY.

me and my partner went here back last june and it was very special to us as it was the first time i had ever gone away on my own with out the chuildren . we thouroughly enjoyed ever minute here staff very helpfull and very welcoming loved us . the hotel was superb and very very clean plenty to choose from for the meals but did get a little bored of the same thing after the first week there . the only bad point i have to say about this hotel was that wasnt much entertainment during the evening apart from tht we would go back and highly reckomend this hotel . If you do love the sea then make sure you take a walk down to the end of the pier and go in to the sea there very gd for snorkling best experience i have ever had in my life was the snorkling on this holiday .

We stayed at this hotel after doing the celebration cruise. What can i say, fantastic !!
The hotel is spotlessly clean, food variety really good, service excellent. The staff are really friendly, the egyptians love a good laugh and love to tease you. The beach is a mixture of sand and rough shingle. The hotel is big, they take there cases to your room by golf buggies. If you want a sunny room book one with a pool view.
I can highly reccommend this accommation. Don`t buy anything at the hotel shops, there is a little shopping complex just a 5 min walk down the road which is have the price. The spa is also excellent, and you can use the facilities at the mirabel park, there are water slides. Have a great time, and say hello to Waem, the restaurant manager at the Reef Snack Bar.

10 minutes away from Sharm El Sheikh Int Airport and about 20 minutes away from Naama Bay which cost us £7.00 each way by Taxi. (Some people got a Taxi from the Airport to the Mirabel and were charged £25.00 so beware it shouldn't cost anymore than £4/£5 maximum).
We stayed there from 27th December until the 3rd January so we had New Year there, mostly Italian, Russians & Brits really.
The food is quite good really, you can have your eggs anyway you like for breakfast, and every day the Restaurants have a country theme for the food. On English night it was fish & Chips (well potato wedges) or Shepherd’s Pie.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the housekeeping staff (all male) were good at their job. We never bothered having lunch as such as the Pool Bar (Coral) done Burgers & Chips, Pasta, Fish & Chips, etc so we tendered to have a late lunch there and then dinner at 8.00pm just right...
Sadly the entertainment was not as good which is a shame because everything else is to a very good standard.
The Wine Waiters are excellent and although there could be a few more waiters in the Restaurants they cope well...
Apart from the Stairs to / Reception and to rooms upstairs in the apartment blocks the complex is very flat (no 1 in 10 hills they forgot to put in the brochure) so not really a problem if you're not as mobile as you once were.
Rooms have free Safe deposit boxes, Air Con and huge showers, our room certainly met our expectations and more...
It really is a shame they didn't have better entertainment, it seemed after dinner there's was nothing to do really. There are quite a few shops there which haven't all been let yet so it hasn't reached its full potential yet. We tended to have dinner then a few drinks then bed and then getting up early to make the most of the winter sun. If I remember right this place only opened in 2007 so it may take some time to get the Animation team all pulling the right way. Loads of sunbeds here! You won’t need to get up at the crack of dawn to put your towels out.
To summarise, Excellent Hotel in Excellent laid out grounds which are maintained daily, rooms are Excellent in size, cleanliness and fixtures (TV and Minibar - warning even if A/I the minibar is chargeable), All staff are polite and very professional in their duties. 20 minute cab ride from the hustle & bustle of Naama Bay, 10 mins from Airport (there is some aircraft noise) If you want a relaxing holiday in 5 star surroundings and early nights this is the ideal place for you.

Just returned from a week at this resort. We stayed in in the Mirabel Club. I travelled with my husband, infant of 20 months and parents. On arrival they informed us we had been upgraded to a family room instead of the booked superior room. The rooms was lovely very tasteful and clean and tidy. Slightly disappointed it wasn't the superior room as we wanted to have our own space within the room with having the infant.
The restaurant is very good and the food was fab! There's a large selection of food to select from all different themes every night. One night they had steak and kidney pie which was to die for! Another pasta and kebabs.
The hotel is lovely there are another two hotels next door which are all connected but we were not allowed to have drinks from any of the other hotels. This was disappointing to say the least. We had only one bar of an evening to drink from which was very smoky and the entertainment wasn't very good. The other two hotels the Beach and Park had better bars and more selections.
There's lots to do at this resort, would love to go back but stay in the Jaz Mirabel that's the best of the 3.

Thought I'd write a review, as I am a family that travelled to Egypt with a nearly 4 year old and a 5 month baby.
1- You do need injections, as told by our travel agent no, but my GP insisted we were immunised. We all had injections apart from my baby; children have to be over 1 yrs to have the injections.
2- You don't need a visa, only if you plan to visit place out with Sharm. You will at the airport have to get your passport stamped by customs even though you do not need a visa. The airport is the worst I’ve been to, so disorganised. I stood for ages waiting for my pram to come through on the belt, and then noticed another family having to give a tip to the baggage people through the flaps, and then they got given their pram. I could not believe this. I did get my pram back, without having to pay, but they haggled with me for ages, then they gave in.
3- After telling about 10 taxi drivers no we didn’t need them, we eventually found our bus, what I thought was a very helpful guy started loading our luggage onto the bus, bearing in mind I’m holding a baby, put his hand out for me to give him money, I only had a pound coin so I went to give him this - he told me no and showed me a £2 coin, he wanted one of these. My husband said no and he went on the bus with my older daughter. The guy then just dumped my luggage on the ground and started helping others. I had to load my luggage myself. Turned out he wasn't even the bus driver, just someone trying to make so easy cash.
4- We arrived at the hotel about 8-9pm after only a 15min bus ride. We were given a welcome drink that was awful. Staff were very friendly. We got a map and went to find our room. When we arrived we noticed there were no lifts and yes we were on the top floor. So we had to lift the buggy up and down 5 flights of stairs ever day. And also the reception isn’t on ground level, and there are also no lifts. This is where the bar and entertainment is at night, so be prepared to struggle if you do have prams. They staff do help you if they see you coming, well most of them.
5- The room was spacious and the kid’s beds are in a separate part, so you can put them down at night and close the doors for peace (sorry meant to say, so you don't disturb them).
6- We did request a bath, but there are no baths, just large showers. My baby was small enough to fit in the sink. As stated in another review, yes it is handy to take other coat hangers.
7- We didn't sit out on the balcony that much due to mosquitoes, there’s hundreds at night, and you have to be quick when you go into your room, they fly in. Does matter how quick you are they still get in. I killed 33 one night in the room. I would suggest taking some sort of fly killer spray, to spray your room, I did have a plug in, but it didn’t seem to do anything... There are people that go about in vans with a machine that sound like a grass cutter, that blows out smoke, its potent it like serious exhaust fumes, we about chocked one night when out walking.
8- The food is awful, breakfast is dire, lunch is dire, and tea time is awful to. We love food, they do different cuisines every night, and I can honestly say the restaurant was not an enjoyable experience.
9- Alcohol- I like my G and T's, so I was looking forward to having one, well I took a sip and nearly died. If I had a lighter I could have spat flames across the room, it was like lighter fluid or something. I ended up paying to get real gin. The red wine is poured from an empty water bottle-it’s disgusting. The Rose' isn't any better, the white wine is border line ok, I couldn’t drink it but my husband did. They only have two beers, there OK, I’m not a beer drinker, but it was best out the lot. 1 is better than the other, but I can’t remember.
10- The kid’s pool is great, it heated, and so is the one of the big pools, there really nice. Kid’s pool was great for my baby. The weather was great. If you do have kids take UV protective swimwear. Most days it was in the low 30's, coolest was 27 degrees, still hot for November.
11- The pool bar serves food at lunch time, pizzas, burgers, pasta, salads and fish goujons, we ate there most days.
12- The water slides are great fun, so my husband told me.
13- We stayed at the Mirabel Park, which was great; it’s not as busy as Mirabel beach, that’s a large complex. You can't eat or drink in there bar. They have a different colour wrist band so they know. The beach is a fair trek from Mirabel Park. There is a beach par that you can eat and drink at. The beach is nice; the water is only a knee level for about half a mile out to sea.
14- Egyptian tummy, I never spoke to a single person that did not have it. Do not venture far on the days you are unwell, when you have to go, you have to go. My husband got it very bad, he suffered for days, then went to the pharmacist that in the middle of the complex, there about 20 little units, selling typical holiday tack. The chemist gave him antibiotics and anti spasm tablets for his cramps and within a few hours he felt much better. Forget Imodium, see the chemist. It cost him about £12 for both.
15- Brush your teeth with bottled water and take no ice in your drinks. I love salad and of course it’s washed in their water, so I think it may have been from there I caught the bug. Who knows?
16- Naama bay is worth a visit, we ate at hard rock cafe and it is dirt cheap, £32 for two courses each, and alcohol. There’s a really nice Mexican restaurant across from the hard rock, so cheap, for a main course it 40 Egyptian pounds, which is £4. Our whole meal was 280 (£28) bargains.
17- Expect to pay 160 (£16 return) into Naama bay if taking a taxi. You have to haggle; they will try to get 200 out of you. 80 each way is reasonable. The same taxi driver will want to pick you up, so you state a time and they come back. You pay them the whole amount when they pick you up.
You cannot buy alcohol in the resort, but there is a shop in Naama bay, you can buy wine, beer, and good makes. I bought gin at the airport in Glasgow, thank god; you can buy mixers in the store in the complex and crisps etc.
18- We ate in the restaurants in the complex that you pay for, beware the cheapest wine is £18 a bottle, but I kept the cork and took it back to the room. The same bottle in Naama bay is £8. We ate at the Italian, nice, desserts are frozen rubbish. And the Chinese, that was nice. Well I think anything would be better than eating the hotels own food, it was depressing know it was so awful, we dreaded meal times some nights.
On a whole, Egypt was a great holiday, we had never been before so didn't know what to expect. The staff were lovely the hotel was nice. But if we were to go back we would stay at shark’s bay, we took a drive around the area, and it looked nice and more central. A taxi ride from our hotel to Naama bay was around 30mins if the city traffic wasn’t busy. The hotel does run a shuttle the drop off and pick up times weren't handy for us, so we just used a taxi.
Do be prepared to haggle for everything, that’s one thing I didn’t like. My 3 yr old loved her holiday. The airport on the way back was again a nightmare, all the UK flights land and take off on the same day within 30mins of each other, so the airport was heaving and not enough seats, people were sitting all over the place. The toilet cue was crazy.
Don't be put off going to this hotel with kids, the family room is a good size; just remember to ask for ground floor. Disabled access is a no no, not the hotel for anyone with a disability.
There are a lot of Russians and they are very rude to Egyptian staff and other holiday makers.
We had a great time at this...

We had a great time at this hotel 1st time we had ever been all inclusive and would recommend it to anyone. The hotel grounds were lovely.
The rooms were very clean and lovely decor! The staff in the hotel were very friendly and we enjoyed spending our evenings in the bar with them.
The food was unbelievable and really enjoyed it. We had a short walk about 10mins through the main hotel the Jaz which was lovely. Get there early to get a wind breaker!
We found that our hotel was much friendlier as it was slightly smaller that the main one. More one on one with guest we found at the club. I would say the only down fall was that they didn’t have any Southern Comfort!
Overall the holiday was fantastic and defo going back.
