rooms were lovely - spacious, clean, comfy bed and air con which we eventually worked out didnt work if the balcony door was open, durr... most tv channels in german. we viewed sky news constantly. good size balcony with a free cricket who became our pet for the last week.
maids were noisy in the morning, which i complained to reception about and it was quieter for a couple of days.
food was lovely. even my fussy bloke found plenty to eat. drinks, esp cocktails brilliant although service sometimes slow so get two at a time. expensive brandies are included so take advantage!
entertainment was mainly good but sometimes really bad although that made for a funny night so not a prob. entertainment areas by night pituresque and cosy. kids were well behaved.
pools aplenty and always found beds in the sun or shade. hot throughout 10 days, didnt look like it wud ever rain in rhodes. bit windy at night so dont play cards outdoors, if anyone finds our king of hearts, please alert us.
some staff very moody, most friendly and helpful though.
not much to do around and about. visited falaraki by day, what a shanty town but clear seas. rhodes town was much nicer although much more touristy than id been led to believe.
spent mornings having hangovers thanks to all inc drinkies, afternoons and evenings in the sun, nights food, drink, entertainment.
overall very lovely hol. one to remember and recommend.
Advice: good choice if you want a relaxing, not all that much to do hol (unless you travel around the isle)
Activities: rhodes town but go by night - supposed to be magical
Good for: Beach
