Visited San Stefanos for two weeks, last week of September and first week of October.
Requested a quiet room as the hotel was said to be in a busy part of the village..
Great quiet room! clean and tidy and exactly what you would expect from a Greek Studio. Maid service 6 days a week, regular towel changes and the best supply of hot water we have experienced. Good pool area and location.
The but side is :-
The bed covers looked like they had not been washed,,ever. The mosis were legendary bad and the room did not have mosi screens unlike some of the other appts.
This is what would make them great, small things that would make such a difference.
It is not fair for British tuourists to complain about the sewage system, sparse furnishings etc. Its a room to sleep in whilst you enjoy Greece.
Local restaurants were excellent especially Mythica, where nothing was too much trouble.
Would we go back to Olga, YES. The mosi net would be deployed earlier though.

We just got back from 2 weeks in the Olga Apartments and I must say that we really enjoyed the experience. The apartment was a 2 bedroom with seperate dining area and seperate kitchen[2 ring hob/oven and fridge+ kettle]The bathroom had a bath[which in my experience is quite unusual in Greece] and we thought the bathroom was quite acceptable. The balcony was large and had an integrated clothesline which my Wife found useful. The staff of the Olga were really helpful and friendly and I can't really fault anything about the Hotel , so much so that we want to book up again for next year!San Stefanos isn't for rowdy party animals but if you are looking for a friendly and relaxing holiday then go for it!
Highly recommended.

Brilliant holiday came here 8 years ago and were amazed that everyone remembered us in the village. The Olga are lovely quiet apartments just at the beginning of the hill leading out of the resort. (These are not to be confused with the Olga in Sidari).
The Olga in San Stefano are family run and Pablo makes you feel so welcome, his music at the pool bar is something quite different and he never has it loud.
The resort has not changed much since our last visit, just a couple of new shops and The Silver Star opposite the Barras brilliant for a drink before dinner. The Olive Press is still a must, although you must book early and choose your meal before going in as they only cook a certain amount. The roast lamb and mint sauce is to die for! Condor is still the best for breakfast although many of the restaurants do the good old english now.
Booked again for next year, can't wait.

Came back here after 7 years and could not believe everyone remembered us. Very much a family resort and has kept its charm.
Olga apartments are ideal not too far to walk and not up the big hill. They are quiet and well kept even though the bathrooms could do with being a bit bigger.
The owner is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him. He keeps the music not to loud just in the background. The food there is good especially the breakfast.
A few new shops and a couple of bars have opened since we last came.
Olive Press is a good restaurant to go for special food but book early as they only cook so much per night. Little Prince food is fine they have Greek dancing every night danced by the waiters. Two Stars is also very popular was packed every night.
Well we are hooked again as we were the recent years when we went every year for 5 years, so we are off again next June, to the Olga of course.

Returned here after 9 years to a warm welcome from the local people I cannot believe they recognised my husband and I.
Apartments were no different had the same room as before. The bathroom could do with being bigger but we made do.
Pablo is great so laid back and very understanding. His music is soothing and plays it softly in the background. The bar stays open till late but again he looks after his guests and keeps the music down.
Resort has had a few extra shops and bars since we last went but it is still a quaint place. The Silver Star is a good bar opposite the barras studios. It is run by an American/Greek family the service is brilliant. He also has sky TV but does not serve food.
Restaurants are still the same the olive press is great but very limited with the food so get there early the roast lamb and mint sauce is to die for. The Olympia still does good food but not a patch on the olive press and you have to watch Stelios, as he seems to invent his own prices.
Have booked again for next year at the Olga and looking forward as we are taking friends.

The holiday was great, everything was great. The apartments were lovely, accept you had to pay extra for the air conditioning, and when it’s really hot you want the air conditioned on.
The hotel people were excellent and they were very friendly. We’ve been to Corfu 4 times now, and every time we have gone it has always been a fantastic holiday.
All the bars are great and they cater for the English as well. Which is always a plus when you have children. Everything was great.
Defiantly going again, maybe with friends next year, as it would be a great holiday.
I would recommend it for friends who want to go and also for families.

Nice apartments, good location, traditional Greek style.
Pablo who ran the bar and basically everything else, is brilliant, very cheap at the apartments. Very quiet area though, not well for those wanting a lively holiday!
The beach is a short stroll away, a nice place to eat breakfast is Condore and dinner at the Teresa Apts just up the road from the Olga. The dinner there is excellent.
They also hold a weekly bbq at the Teresa.

Lovely place to be, basic but clean, maids in everyday, pool never busy as only twelve apartments, the owners were helpful and very friendly, we will definitely be going back
