This 2* Hotel was booked through the official Morzine website, and we chose it because of it's location, date availability and the fact that it was 68 euros per night per person.
However, it was an awful hotel and I could not recommend it to anyone.
There is a resident Rottweiler dog who wanders around the ground floor of the hotel, (including the dining area) which is extremely intimidating.
The rooms we were provided were only just adequate, poorly decorated but clean. The main problem was a lack of hot water.
In fact we had no hot water for two days, and when the manager/owner was informed again he was rude and aggressive and reluctantly boosted the water system so that we had tepid water that night!
The final straw was the night club in the cellar of the hotel. This was extremely noisy and the loud music kept on through the night only finishing at 5 in the morning.
Also, the only way back into the hotel after about 11 pm at night was through the nightclub, which was inconvenient and an uncomfortable experience.
Altogether this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in, and we moved out after 3 awful nights.
