The Howard Johnson Express Inn is located in the heart of St. Augustine’s beautiful downtown Historic District, directly in front of the world-renowned Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth. It is the only hotel included on the route of the Old Town Trolleys and the St. Augustine Sightseeing Trains as they cruise through our grounds to view the magnificent Old Senator, a 600 year old Live Oak Tree, which stands as a silent witness to Don Juan Ponce De Leon’s discovery and naming of the continent La Florida in 1513.
